Reporyong male cart worker wearing glasseswho literally galloped/ ran up to me in parking lot Aug 25 at 117 pm and was very rude! Stood over me threatening ly as I got items from my cart to walk to bus stop. I have been a customer for decades, and just got out of ER HOSPITAL. NEVER patronize you again

I did online ordering and I’ve only done it at this Giant Eagle twice and usually they will tell you what is out and if you want to substitute and they did that for a couple of items and then we get home unpack our order and we are missing $10 pork and it says we paid for it and we called the store and they said we are not showing it and we explained we are looking at our order and it showed clearly that we ordered that and paid for it and then we got charged $2.49 for one apple. I’ve never paid so much for an apple in my life. We could’ve got a bag for that price. We called again and they put on hold for over 20mins. Never gave us the courtesy or letting us know hey I didn’t forget about you, we just had customers who needed help, nothing like that. We will not be doing online ordering from this location ever again and when I see how they have so many 1 star reviews I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop with them.

Theresa in the liquor department should probably find a different line of work if she’s going to be rude to customers who are of legal age trying to make a purchase. I was trying to buy a bottle of vodka and my fiancé was with me, i’m paying for it and i have my ID out and she rudely demands his, even though he’s not the one paying. We oblige but i comment, I’m the one paying and she snaps back at me and demands his. She scans his ID, but just looks at mine. HE WASNT EVEN PAYING FOR IT! Insane that because we look younger she’s acting like we are trying to do something illegal. Hey Theresa, if he was too young he would’ve just stayed in the car. Maybe Giant Eagle should hire someone to check ID’s so Theresa doesn’t ruin customers shopping experience. This is the only liquor store in Parma and she’s ALWAYS there and every time it’s a negative experience because of her. I talked to management after because i’m just sick of her bullying LEGAL, PAYING customers.

An employee named Ryan had to come help me in the self check out line. Never spoke a word to me..acted as if I wasn't even standing there. He needs to interact with customers and not act like we aren't even there.No "" can I help you"..thank you or nothing..Rude!

Often has only one "full service" register open. I refuse to use self check out and take on the potential liability of being accused of stealing. In addition to that are they going to pay me to do their job?

I usually don't write many reviews. I usually only take the time when a business really deserves a good review. But I gotta tell ya, if you want good produce, don't go to Giant Eagle on Day Drive in Parma. I stopped in at 9:00 pm on a Saturday. And this is what I found. They had no regular tomatos that you can use for a sandwich (like vine). The few that were left on the shelf were rotten. I would understand if they ran out of product. At least have the self-respect to clean the shelves. As I looked around, the whole department was a mess. When I asked at the front, is there anyone in produce to see if they had any more tomatos in the back, on a Saturday night, they said no, they left at 8:00. When I showed the front these pics, they didn't even offer an appology. At least you could say sorry about that, I'll let the produce manager know about your concerns. The produce manager should be ashamed. If you can't keep up with demand, hire or staff more people. Giant Eagle used to have the best produce around. Now, I think even Walmart does better than this. We won't be buying any produce from there anytime soon.

Unfriendly staff, most just stand in the way chit chatting. Unstocked shelves but at least it doesn't as bad as the Giant eagle on snow.
