“(The shop name changed to Paradise Galleria or something apparently) This shop is SO cool and worth the visit just to explore around!! It was our fav part of our visit to Cleveland. You could spend days in here and not see everything—it’s massive. The coolest parts are the hidden doorway through a fridge, and the slide to a lower level. Everything from vintage jewelry to stationary, vintage houseware, and clothes.”
“I went on a Sunday,30 minutes before they closed and it was my 1st time there. the ladies working were very helpful and didn't rush me to be done shopping by the time they closed at 3:00. it is a very nice gift shop and very reasonably priced !! love it !!”
“The house featured in the 1983 holiday classic A Christmas Story is located at 3159 W 11th St, Cleveland, OH 44109. The Victorian home has been restored to its appearance in the film and operates as a museum that is open to the public year-round. You can do a tour of the home and even rent the home overnight. It is a popular tourist destination. The gift shop features a ton of items and is a must stop when visiting the home.”

“Checked out the new location since Ashes Smoke Shop wants to hoard the parking lot and harass customers to come into their store. I was so impressed with the young man behind the counter. Helpful and very informative with the items and products I needed. Even offered to make sure I got back to my car okay due to the parking situation. I will be back over and over again! “I've been to this place a lot and they give the best offers on all store credits and gift cards I've taken them. The staff is friendly and they're quick to give you an offer and giving you your cash! There is close convenient parking and it's in a nice and safe location.. will definitely return and recommend! FYI you may want to call if your going close to closing time, they do tend to close early sometimes. It may save you a wasted trip..”

“I had ordered flowers for my sister-in-law based on a bouquet advertised online. I was disappointed that delivery was quite different than the arrangement online, BUT as soon as I let them know, Paula, GM took it upon herself to get a new bouquet delivered. I have not visited the shop in person, but great customer service. I had not asked for a new bouquet, but Paula went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.”
