I found everything that I needed and the clerk was helpful, however it was frustrating to see hand sanitizer on the counter that was available for employees bit not customers.

Came here earlier in the day and made a purchase. Great customer service from Ken; he informed me about a sale for the specific products I was interested in. Later in the day I realized I forgot to use my coupon - the main reason I stopped by in the first place! So I came back in the evening and explained my situation to Mohammed. He was very understanding and said I could apply the coupon to my previous purchase. As he was working through the exchange, the point of sale system crashed. He worked hard to troubleshoot it, even was on the phone with his manager a few times to work through it, he ended up calling in to the service team for their system. They eventually got it up and running so I could complete my purchase. But most importantly - through all the difficulties that I and the system caused - Mohammed was so kind and patient the whole time. He was apologetic even though he was doing his best and couldn't control the situation. He communicated the issues with other customers in the store so they weren't left in the dark about why they were waiting. I could tell that he cared about helping me and wanted to ensure I had a positive experience. I appreciate his amazing service and will be back.

This place is good,I just got 1 complaint. why do you need my address, phone number, email.im just buying flavored saw dust.you don't need to know my life story. Funny thing is, the famous footwear in this plaza is the same exact way.its just overreaching for no reason

I entered this store at 8:30 pm today, Feb 11, 2019 and the employee that was working displayed the worst customer service I've ever experience. I've came to this location a few times before and would receive just ok service, which is fine it's GNC not a five star restaurant but this lately just doesn't care. This is the second time I've visit and she was was working, the first time I had a similar experience but I figured she had a bad day two weeks later and she still has the same attitude. She's unaware of the products that are being sold in the store. She couldn't make any recommendation, she could careless if I bought anything. She was just there.
