Great Lakes Watersports provides a fun and different experience on Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River. The staff is amazing, super friendly, very helpful, courteous, professional, and very accommodating. The efficient check-in and rental process is simple and easy to follow, even for large groups. Guests enjoy boat and kayak rentals, noting the Barletta Cabrio pontoon is very spacious and in great shape. Seeing the city from the river is a whole new experience, leading to a great time for team events, families, and guests. Many would highly recommend it and will be back.
Great staff, efficient check-in process for a large group. We used them for a team building event for a team of 16 year olds, couldn’t have had a better experience!
