Prices are a bit high they’re all donated items and the store is making over 100% profit. When you buy here you are paying for the top salaries first. The CEOs are making 6 figure salaries for a non profit business (for profit) some of the prices are retail equivalent and might as well by new. Go and look up how much the CEO/CFO is making online. This is supposed to be a place that poor people can get a chance to own some thing nice for less than new. Think Again ! Great place to find stuff for your house, but they need better stuff that doesn't look like it's been thrown to the curb for the garbage men for the prices they are charging

The convicts that work here are trouble, so be careful especially at the loading dock.

I used to go to habitat for humanity regularly but it's gotten ridiculous lately. For instance I price check things brand new on my phone as a shop to see what they are brand new and about 6 out of 10 items I pick up are actually the same price as they are brand new. 20 ft extension cord perfect example today was priced exactly the same as it is brand new at home Depot and this was worn out and scuffed up extension cord. It's mostly just the West side location. Does I go to all the other locations from Eastlake to Medina summit and they're all still kind of normal but the West side location is managed Ludacris and they rearranged everything and it looks super sparse like they don't even have as much stuff as they used to.

Oh wow, great stock on almost new appliances like stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers. Great dining room sets, place settings, glass wear. Can't wait to go back.

We had a donation. We called ahead and was told they take just about anything. When we arrived, the man glanced at our donation and told us it was junk, then took a few things. So rude and waste of our time. Never again!!

This is an awesome place to go if you don't have a lot of money or you're on a budget. I found a lot of good buys here a lot of stuff was brand new or Barely Used I'm going back to get a dining room table next. But they have pretty much everything you can buy brand new sheets and bedding you can buy living room sets dining room sets bedroom sets if you need just chairs they even bargain with you if you don't have a lot of money they wanted $15 each for the chairs that I got I bought six chairs for the dining room table and they sold them to me for $7 each that to me was awesome exclamation point the staff there are very friendly very knowledgeable and always there to help I would definitely recommend this place you can definitely find some hidden gems.

For this place getting everything donated to them, I don't understand why it's expensive. This should be a place poor individuals actually have a chance to have nice furniture, etc. I saw nightstand old beat up for 50 bucks. Couches with stains for 200 it's ridiculous
