I cannot fathom the lack of communication with this tax preparation service. Wasted $100 for a discovery call on 8/12/2025 and empty promises to assist with a late filing for the 2024 tax return. Waited 2 weeks before reaching out to Irene via the Tax Dome Client Portal, text and even email for an update but received no response. Whenever I check the portal, the status remains the same - “Work in progress - Planned.” After waiting 4 weeks, I had to find another tax preparer who assisted within a day. Not worth your time, effort, and money. To sum it up, utterly disappointing.

Irene is phenomenal !! She is professional , witty and most of all she knows her laws about taxes in multiple states!! Hello did someone say bragging rights !! 10 out of 10 recommend! Irene provided excellent service and answered all of my questions. The setup for intake and completing the process was the best I’ve seen for completing taxes. As long as Hannah Financial is an option, I will not consider any other company for my tax preparation needs.

Omg I have been trying to get a non profit for years and never had good direction. I met with Irene and she was organized and the process was streamlined. We filed on May 13th and I received my approved letter May 21st. This process takes months….and only took weeks for weeks me. I would recommend her a 1000 times! Thank you Hannah Financial.
