Broke my truck and tried to charge me $900 and didn’t even know if that was gonna fix it. Reported to BBB and I urge everyone I know to not use hasek. Because they are THIEFS! made me pay $265 to get my truck back and said they never touched anything when they actually broke the bolt off the fuel shutoff. Two months without a truck. Simple simple fix $900. Absolutely insane for that type of fix NO EXCUSES they said they didn’t touch ANYTHING. Why is the bolt still there, with. Clean break in it? See you in court

We had a minor issue on our way to Put n Bay. Our original ETA was 6:00pm. Before I knew it, the car was up on a lift and the problem was taken care of..
They had us back cn the road so quickly that our new ETA was 6;30pm! Thank you Braden and Brian!.

I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and they suggested this location for the needed repairs. When I dropped my vehicle off, they did make me aware it may be a day or two before they follow up with me because of the number of vehicles being serviced. I was fine with that. I asked that they contact the extended warranty company to see what was covered as well, which they agreed to do.
When I received a call, I was told I needed to pay an $800 deposit before service could begin. He went on to say, that’s required because he’s been burned by people leaving their vehicles and warranties not paying for work done. He also stated he had not contacted the warranty company to even check what was or wasn’t covered, but claimed he’d call once the work was complete and reimbursed me for whatever they don’t pay.
I’ve never dealt with this level of service and I wasn’t about to start. So I picked my vehicle up the same day and went elsewhere. As it turns out, everything my vehicle needs IS covered by the warranty.

I'm two months late with this review, but Hasek was a lifesaver! My niece inherited a car that had sat for a year, & needed it repaired asap for the start of college on August 26th. After Serpentini quoted a laundry list of repairs totaling $3000!!, and kept it for two weeks, we had her car towed to Hasek Automotive, who had good reviews.
Due to being short-staffed, it took 3 days to get it in, but once there, the service was great!! Not only was her car repaired in time for the start of school, but Hasek charged her 1/4 of what Serpentini quoted as most of the repairs were not needed.
Honest company, with great service. We will be back!

I would not recommend coming here for services. I had my SUV towed here to be checked to see why it wouldn’t turn over. Brandon told me that my engine was locked, so he contacted my Warranty to start a claim. Warranty told him they’ll cover up to $5,000. He calls me back to tell me that it would be a more than $5,000 job, telling me I would have to add an additional $2,000-$3,000 to go along with the warranty coverage. Ain’t no way in the world it will cost $7K-$8K to replace a darn engine. Then told me that he needed my consent to take my engine apart, which would be a 5-6 hour job according to him and would cost me $600.00 + tax. He was really trying to get over on me and I wasn’t having it. I had my truck towed up out of there this morning and he still charged me $60 just for looking at my truck. Do not come to this place!!!
