November 2025 I’m back and just as good as before. Much warmer outside compared to January.
January 2025 Best selection of groceries in the downtown core area. Beautiful building. Helpful staff members. Prices seem in line with area. Heinen’s was recommended by the guide at the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument, a place that is well worth a visit too.

Best grocery in the state! Great variety, store made items that are super tasty! Parking was tough for this store. Flowers are lovely... wonderful store in Shaker Heights, too.

It was being remodeled, so it looked under construction. Got a steak wrap, and ice cream. All good, and was a quick walk from Progressive Field. All in all a great experience.

There is no way this place has anything less then 5 stars. It’s spectacular and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help and it’s so clean and kept and the prices are not bad for downtown.

Always have a great experience shopping at this store! It’s consistently clean, well-organized, and everything is easy to find.
The staff are super friendly. Special shoutout to cashiers Allison and Amiyah for patiently answering my questions today and kind reminders about the monthly membership deals.
It’s always a pleasant visit, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

My experience at my located heinens today was distasteful to say the least. I was followed by security and staff my entire visit and felt so uncomfortable I paid for what I had and left not even 15 minutes into my shopping trip. I asked a staff member, looked like a manager, as we followed behind me if there was an issue and he proceeded to say “no I’m just looking at the floor over here” RIGHT next to where I was. Convenient… I was so confused because I hadn’t done anything to make them think I was stealing or doing anything wrong, just walked in. I’m saddened by this because black people like myself have to deal with this so much and it’s sad to say I still see it in my local grocery store I visit often.
