Coming back to the Y in 2023 has been restorative. Gone are the pain pills, the salve, the walker and the weight! And, in their place are better blood pressure & blood sugar numbers.Something good ALWAYS happens when I go to Hillcrest Y so, I go again and again! That's 75% of the battle for my health!

I've been going here for three year. Lots of classes. Staff is quite friendly and they have several events each year.

I am a regular at the Parker Hannifin location but have also started to attend the Hillcrest Y for their Spinning class. Douglas is an excellent class leader on M W F.
