Recently came in and never come to this location due to not being from this area. But I was very please with ALL of your staff helping without hesitation myself and all customers I paid attention to their interactions with customers. The ONLY complaint is how chaotic the aisles are numbered, had no flow. Other then that everything was stocked and again great staff especially cash out register gentleman named Lou, with glasses. Very patient,

If you ever wonder why things are so expensive in the city, look no further than any of these steelyard shops. So much room, no overnight truck parking. If a sleepy driver is putting around the city looking for a place to park because these people ran them off, they should be held responsible if something bad happens. I have a delivery literally five minutes away, and I need to make that delivery in less than five hours. But no, no trucks at the steelyard shops. Will definitely be asking higher rates to even approach this end of the city in the future.

Guy who copies keys told me I have to download an app. I told him I just need a copy I don't want all that. Then he insisted I have to. One minute later someone comes up and he copies their key right away. Definitely don't waste your time coming here to copy keys. What has always been a 5 minute thing became a 25 minute thing due to this dude just being incompetent employee. Then he says I picked the wrong keys haha dude I'm paying you to do this you work here not me. Guy clearly had a chip on his shoulder against me for no reason. Is what it is. Won't be going back.
UPDATE. THE KEY DIDNT EVEN WORK WHAT A JOKE THIS EMPLOYEE IS
