Shockingly bad experience. At best incompetent- at worst, these people are liars and crooks. I left my appointment feeling utterly taken advantage of, only to find out months later that one of the 2 returns I paid NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS to have fixed and filed in an expedited manner was rejected by the IRS due to a missing form, only to be left sitting un-filed while this office did NOTHING to fix their error and make sure it got through. You held up my house closing and cost me so much time and money. I'm on a mission to make sure nobody in my life ever uses one of these offices. Mr. Slaughter, for someone with a PhD before their name, it is inexcusable for so many mistakes to have been made at my very high expense.

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Telling the tax lady that I’m not nice because I asked her to upload my w2 , which was a service offered by the last receptionist when I came in 2 weeks ago. So if she didn’t want to do it she could have just said no.On top of that I uploaded a different document to the app and and called the next day to confirm and was told it was received. The tax agent called back and said she was ready to submit doc and when we went over she did not have the documents and was unaware of what I was talking about. Now this could be an innocent mistake however as I stated above I called her and confirmed that she had received the document and she said yes.Additionally there are long wait times and the staff has a hard time understanding that just because you have a poor experience with one person does not mean u have to take it out on an entire group.Overall unprofessional, rude, and unorganized.
