I've been with Huntington since the Chemical/TCF merger/buyout. Have been very happy with most of the interactions I've had with most branches. I like that their ATM Machines let me choose my denominations etc. I also like the text alert system that keeps me informed of all my accounts activities, So I purchased a boat in 2003 financed with Chemical Bank. Paid it off years ago, at least 5. I have an individual that wants to buy my boat. I told my wife to find the title. Of course there is an open lien box that we failed to have Chemical Bank sign off on when we paid off the boat. That's my fault. I assumed it would be QUICK EASY PROCESS to get Huntington to sign off and Bobs your uncle. Wife called Huntington and they said they would send it in 10 days. I said that's silly, I went to the local branch and asked why it should take so long to prove that THEY have no lien status and never did. Simple question do I owe you money or don't I. Its been 17 days since my wife opened the case. I lost the best cash buyers over it. Huntington will not take calls, I've had to go to the branch 3 times to check. Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. Their inability to perform a simple sign off, for something they never were involved with in the beginning, is totally ridiculous. Not going to threaten leaving the bank but there are a ton of others that may be more efficient. i will be bank shopping. They cost me $12,000 in the short run. Maybe for another year. summer is almost over. The window to sell a boat in Michigan is a very narrow window. They ruined my sale for sure.

I used to ATM outside to get $20, I needed to get change for work so I went I inside. I asked the teller if I could get $20 in ones. I was asked if I have an account. The teller told me because I didn’t have an account I had to show two forms of ID. I gave them my drivers license and a credit card. They entered my all my information into the computer including my credit card number, I’ve never experienced anything like this and felt very uncomfortable about the situation.

Very nice tellers and security guard, fast, efficient and pleasant. Parking is awful unless you find a meter across the street, or have to walk around the corner passing a few creepy characters but the Bank is nice, lots of trash outside the door and the glass doors are filthy has a bit of o rundown look like that

The best bank I've felt with and friendly tellers.

No one knows what they're doing. Stay away from these smiling uninformed individuals who don't know any real banking. Seriously poor communication with clients trying to do business and they are not upfront about fees. I am closing my account with them because they are useless. Seriously, stay away from them. Look at what everyone is saying...NO GOOD REVIEWS! They'll fail to disclose things after they take your money and then constantly screw up. You have been warned. Stay away from Huntington Bank.

I go hunting a ton. OK, I never do, to be honest. Thank goodness. What a beautiful old bank with a beautiful old building on top of it. Absolutely gorgeous. Not a lot of people actually bank here but the building itself is definitely worthy of the star rating. A relic from old Cleveland, and a beautiful one at that.

Spoke with Manager named Robin and she was rude, lied to me, and basically told me to go somewhere else. I asked her if I could speak with her boss and she said she reports to no one. Beware! Avoid this bank to avoid unnecessary headaches!

The people at Huntington Bank go out of their way to help. When I need to get change for an event or wraps for coins and cash they always have what I need. If I need help getting forms signed, they are only a phone call away.

It's the corner building with the recognizable digital clock/temperature outside. It's the old Huntington Building. Convenient location you can walk to from the Playhouse Sq area in less than 10 minutes. It's also located close to a Healthline stop and an E-line trolley stop. There is an outdoor walk up ATM with no awning over it. The ATM is the kind that takes your card and won't give it back till you've answered all the questions the machine asks. Inside you have your typical bank - tellers and personal bankers. The tellers are friendly, yelling hello to you the moment you step out of the revolving door. When I was there most recently the three tellers were efficiently handling the line and the wait was minimal. I appreciate downtown businesses that move with efficiency mid-day and this is one of them.
