They take too long with every customer
Only 4 people can stand in line comfortably
If your the 5th person in line be prepared to stand outside,
Always busy!
This bank can't handle the amount of customers it has

Worst bank Ever!!! No One knows Anything! I call for information on a check I deposited and the teller gets an attitude with me over the phone. I get the Run Around and No Answers. Very Unprofessional, I will be Closing my Business Account at Huntington Not Worth The Headache!

I started a new account I was tired of citizens. Sometimes the drive-thru ATM doesn't work. It seems like every 3 weeks they're asking me to change my password. That's very aggravating. The lady at Huntington helped me quite well. Zully.

I don’t suggest using this location their ATMs do not work correctly. Am currently waiting two weeks to get a provisional credit because their ATM read my check wrong.
So essentially, they can hold your money for weeks and you’d be screwed

I went to Huntington 8/31/23 and was racially profiled! I deposited a check and instantly I was told it’s under investigation!!?!?!! No reason why, it’s been held for a week now no help from Huntington a run around and being told that my account is being closed. The check is from an official police association. This is sad and unprofessional!!!! Makes me not want to bank with them ever again and I’m so upset I should call fox 8!!!!!!

Kicked me out of the branch because they said they were short-staffed & couldn't help me, even though I was the only customer in the bank and they had three people. Extremely Rude. Not first time. Don't deserve one star. anyone care to fix this problem!!!!???

I have not had any problems with Huntington Bank so far and I would tell anyone to put there money in that bank and I have had an account for 9 years now

I love this bank and location. The people are always helpful and most of the time pretty quick and efficient! People don't give them enough credit because many are so impatient today! I hope this location and bank stay there for years to come!

This Bank cannot be trusted with your money, if a fraudulent scam artist get your routing number there's nothing you can do to stop them from taking your money they will claim to put a stop on the account but they'll happily send your money out they'll claim they're going to investigate and they don't
