“First time at this location. I generally shop at a competitor wholesale club. I was pleased witht BJ's. Good selection of everything from household items, cleaning supllies, bulk and prepared foods. There is a wonderfully kind, knowledgeable and helpful woman at the deli, Deborah. When she assisted me she suggested that I find and clip the coupon on the app to use at checkout. As I waited in line there were two women ahead of me who shared that she is always there and goes out of her way to let you know what the sales and best deals are. I was also assisted at the register by another customer friendly woman, but I neglected to get her name.”

“Great curtomer service, most of these low ratings come from individuals that were disrespectful to the bankers and tellers and said banker and tellers stood their ground and don't allow customers to bully them. Why cuss a teller out because they asked for your I.D. to do a transaction the are doing their job to protect you, seriously people grow up. Good job University staff you guys are great.P.S.Huntington look on both sides of customer and your employees in regard to reviews. Some of the customers strictly acting on malice to hurt other with no care of how it may effect them. Please be a good bank and employeer and protect your employees for customer bullying.”

Have went in on many occasions for things one particular one I needed bank statements that went back more than 3 plus years way more than the system holds, she done a on line thing got them printed and mailed to me .received in a few days and chase did not charge me like I was originally told .I've had chase since 2011 and love them.”

“It's a drive up ATM. It's pretty simple and straight forward. Leaving requires that you drive around the back of the building which is a little tight on space, but doable.
The actual ATM was easy to reach from my car and worked like it should.”
