Before they changed out all their staff members this Bank used to be excellent! Now they're just slow. Not lazy, but VERY VERY slow or understaffed. Waited in line for 20 minutes with 1 customer ahead of me only. They said they'd been waiting 15 minutes already almost.

My grandmas husband took a loan out on their house and shortly passed afterwards. My grandma attempted to make the payment TONS of times but the bank refused her money and now she's lost her home of over 25+ years thanks to this bank.

This location needs to shut down. I have not been inside in years. The 2 transactions I needed they could not do and said come back Monday or go somewhere else after waiting in line forever with no one waiting in front of me. My other bank let me do beneficiary form online, but you have to come in here only to be told no one can do it.

My daughter just moved to FL in August to attend college and has now just experienced her first hurricane! (Ian) She was having issues with the mobile bank app and had made several phone calls to customer service. I then made calls to customer service and experienced no resolution. So, I stopped at the local branch on Monday (10/3) and I was greeted with a very willing team of Huntington employees that worked together to resolve not just one issue - but two! We are super happy with the resolution and appreciate the efforts made to listen to us and find a solution!! Deeply appreciative - Thank you, Darius and team!

I have always had a positive experience at this branch. The tellers are courteous and friendly. Sometimes, there may be a wait; but that's to be expected. Great service in my opinion.

The branch on e185th is a joke! I have been trying for 2 weeks to open a new account for my son who just started working. I have heard every excuse you can think of. From the network is down, to there is no one here that can help you and so on. Today I walk in, wait in line for the next teller, and informed her why I was there. Without looking up she said we can't help you today, there was somebody with the banker that sets up next account's. Mine you this is at 10 a.m. then tells us we can wait but he won't be done till 11:40 and they close at noon. Unless I'm wrong banking is a customer base, and to me the customer service is unbearable. If you value your time and sanity. run fast run far. There are to many other banks around to tolerate this place. I would leave a negative rating if possible.

Called to make an appointment and was told I could not - just come in and you won't have to wait but five minutes I was told. I have now been here for 40 minutes and the "bankers" have been chatting uo other customers. I asked three times about getting help and was told each time it would be just a few minutes. Worst customer service ever!!!! Do not bank here.

Clean and recently remodeled! The tellers are always polite and efficient and address customers by name.

Long wait and no notary today, maybe in 2 weeks. They sent me to the E 260th branch for the notary. I waited a long time in a long and very slow line there and found out there was a notary but no notary service. Often hard to get into the parking lot at the E 285th location because the drive through line blocks the driveway. I don't like the feel of the new cage you have to go through to get in. They had nice landscaping, removed it, put in some little plants, and now there is no landcaping just mulch. Staff are always courteous and pleasant.

I wanted to see if Huntington Corporate would follow up with me but they never did. I had a really bad experience at this bank. I have a disability. I couldn't get in because their automatic door clicker opener was broken, and they gave me a lot of grief about opening the door for me to get in.Then I got stuck inside the bank because I couldn't open the doors to get out and employees refused to help and even yelled at me ! I injured myself trying to open the door because 3 employees refused to help, but I couldn't get it open myself. Eventually a manager came out and helped me leave the bank. Closed my Huntington account over this and the fact that they never sent the wire for my home purchase in 2017 and didn't tell me - almost lost the house !
