I went to Jack Frost to get some donuts around noon there no glaze donuts only one raise donuts only had cake donuts I couldn't believe they didn't have any glaze or raise donuts you know that the glaze donuts are a big seller you would have some even if you had a busy morning I probably won't be going there anymore I don't get in this area much the donuts don't taste like one's that we would stand in line waiting for them it's a shame that something that was so good at one time is no longer here other donuts shops that serve only donuts at least have donuts when you get there at any time so sad

Used to go here years ago with the kids for a Sunday treat. Always crowded, 2 deep at the counter. Went today at 7AM on Sunday. No Crowd. Bought (4) Chocolate Iced Donuts, $3.15 EA, Very Pricey. Small "fancy" doughnuts. Got home, Doughnuts were not fresh and I would suspect a day old. Won't be back.

I give 5 stars because I love the donuts but the service..not so much unfortunately. Would it be easier to label the kinds of donuts? You ask them and they either seemed annoyed, won't answer or tell you!

Terrible service. These aren't good traditional donuts. Way too much frosting. There are many other better options available in the area.

My husband and I love Jack Frost Donuts! Cake donuts are our #1 go to and having the storefront right around the corner is wonderful. We both love the chocolate frosted donut with the peanut butter frosting on top. Always yummy!

Went to the West Side Market. Bought 3 donuts for almost 14 dollars. When we got home we went to eat the donuts. They were so hard and smelled like mildew. All of them went in to the trash.

First time going to this place. There are no names anywhere, that I noticed, of the donuts so I asked for the names adding that it was my first time here. The cashier/worker named everything but truthfully seemed like me asking annoyed her. She did make up for her initial interactions with me as the visit continued though. I bought six donuts, although I was only there for one lol, because in part they looked so good. I prefer donuts with cream like icing inside, no fruit flavored inside or out. They only had the Bavarian filled donut..which I don't like. I only ate one donut. It is soooooo good ! I will return.

These are some of the BEST donuts in Cleveland, located in Old Brooklyn Neighborhood. Their donuts are made from scratch and very rich flavors. Easy parking.

If you are in a budget and have a sweet tooth, this is not your place for a donut. $3.15 for a single donut or $15 for a dozen. This place is over rated and too expensive.

Jack Frost is phenomenal! It's a tad pricey, but that's because the quality is above all other donut places. The gluten-free donuts are pictured, and they are actually 10/10 very good. Moist, soft, dense. $4.35 ea, and you have to order a minimum of 6. Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They might be one of the only places near parma that has gluten free donuts. Other than store bought Katz donuts. Gluten free breakfast and not depressing. Thank you Jack frost! Most excellent.!.!.!.!
