Jakprints has been awesome and timely in helping with my printing needs! Ashley is the contact I’ve worked with and she is professional, and helpful with discussing my options for printing. I ordered 2 sets of business cards one with a custom shape, I also ordered flyers as well. Jakprints was able to turn my order around in a quick timeframe and the quality, cut, and shape definitely met my expectations. Five star printing and service.

Tremendous service and product! I ordered a small size run of hooded sweatshirts for my Bikram yoga studio, Yoga on the Eastside. Linda was prompt and very helpful in answering all of my questions. Forget the online competitors and stay local. Thank you Linda and Jakprints!

The best! I started a small apparel company in 2022. I've had pitfalls with vendors in that time. Jakprints from the start was fast, easy, and efficient. They have an online design studio which allows you to create your own products. They send a proof before production which a lot of companies do not. Not worrying about the final product before receiving it is a big stress reliever. I dealt with Leslie specifically. She was friendly, attentive, and responsive. I could see my company having a long business relationship with Jakprints. I would recommend to anyone!

Linda and the whole Jakprints team is second to no one! They are super easy to work with and very punctual with completing my orders. I couldn’t ask for a company that takes better care of their customers. I was leaving town for the holidays and the production team did a rush on my order just to make things easier on me.There is no other apparel company I would work with after the fantastic experience I have had!!!

Quarter zips came out great! Embroidered logo looks professional and well crafted. The DIY design tool on their website was super easy to use and the whole process from order to delivery was seamless. The pullovers arrived on time and neatly packaged. Everyone is extremely happy with the shirts - highly recommend Jakprints for their quality and customer service!

We’ve ordered from JakPrints before and always had a good experience. This time we were in a hurry and inadvertently chose the wrong type of vinyl - not the same as past orders. Leslie (Barcus) Fawley noticed it was different & reached out to verify our choice. We were able to cancel order & correct our mistake because Leslie cared enough to check with us. This was excellent customer service and our order has already shipped and should be received even sooner than our original order had estimated! Win - Win! Thanks, Leslie!

I haven't even received my hat yet and I know I will not use this company ever again. Their shipment is a week past what was forecasted as their longest expected wait time. I cannot run a business and rely on them to do anything on a timeline.

I ordered postcards from Jakprints and I LOVE them! ?? Absolutely amazing customer service! I needed a rush order because I failed to plan ahead ?? Sarah answered all of my questions and guaranteed my order would arrive by my deadline. And in fact, they came in a full day early! The colors are beautiful which is important to showcase my photography. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future! My only complaint is they taped one of my cards to the outside of the box. Since this is a business card, I would have preferred it not to have my business name along with my physical address displayed.

Very disappointing. I'm in the initial stage of starting a business and searching for a screen printing shop that can handle my projected business. Well I sent an email for additional information and 3 days ago have passed and no response. I guess they are too big for small start up businesses contrary to what they state on their website. Shameful!!

I was referred to Jakprints from a co-worker. I can not express how fantastic their customer service was. We were in a tight window for delivery (aka we were not prepared) and they got it to us earlier than expected. They officially have my business from now on. From my very first email interaction with them, I was blown away by how attentive, detail-oriented, and thorough they were.I worked with Sarah Rogers throughout the process, and I really appreciate that she kept me up to date with every change and detail.
