Had little problems with the withdrawal of some funds but overall friendly staff and very helpful!The teller Eric was very friendly and quick with his service, I'm more then satisfied with how I was treated ?

Worse bank ever even if you have money in your account it will work the numbers how ever keybank wants just so it can charge over draft fees over and over even when you have money i dont understand worse bank ever..

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!! Their ATM took my money a week ago and the branch worker named Justin refused to audit the ATM. Ive had no money for a week and he just told me 10 more business days!!!!! So I'm not receiving MY money for 3 weeks because they are too LAZY to open it and count. He should be fired. Don't trust your money here

the atm ate my money and didnt go jnto my account. therefore i have to wair 3-10 business days to hear anything about it. going to get charged through the roof for late fees for rent because their equipment is not well taken care of. they dont care about their customers no matter how much they want u to believe they do. i hope their ready for a court date to cover the charges that im going to get charged with. worst bank ever highly recommend making a extra trip to a different branch

I have an account with them. The only problem i have is One of the manager there keep giving me excuses. Im power of attorney for my brother, so im just trying to cash his check for him. She scan all the documents i have to prove it. To see if i can cash it. Told me call her Tuesday. I been calling all week and nothing but excuses saying she would call me back that shes in the middle of something but still hasnt called me back. Im getting tired of calling and Romona not giving an update.

Because of the COVID-19, you must make an appointment to open up an account.So I arrive at the KeyBank in the Steelyard. I make the appointment.On the day of my appointment, I drive up, park, go to the door, but it's locked.Two of the tellers are standing outside, and they tell me the bank is temporarily closed.I tell them I had an appointment today.One of the tellers standing outside is the very one who set up my appointment.They both tell me when the issue is solved, and they're open again, they will call me, and I can come and start an account.The next day, I haven't heard from them, so I call. I ask an associate is the bank open now, she says yes.I explain to her of the prior events, and asked if I could come in and start an account. She says she has to reschedule me.I say never mind.This not a good sign. I'll have to try another bank.KeyBank took over Society. Looks like a new bank otw to take the key.???

Always seems to be fast, courteous, welcoming and helpful. Ignore the haters -- probably millennials who overdraft every week -- who only stop in to see if the $4.85 they have left will cover the $4.50 check they just wrote.
