Hey corporate, give these guys a raise. From top to bottom the entire staff are professional, always smiling. They make you just wanna skip the ATM and go in for transactions . Always leave smiling even if things don’t go my way, been banking with these guys for over 30 years and wouldn’t have it no different. I hope the entire staff get recognized.

I am sitting here opening an account with Miss Holt and all I can say is that it’s been a very pleasant and wonderful experience. She is polite, professional and gave me all the information I needed to know about my account. Key bank has a real asset in Miss Holt.

Worst Bank ever! take your money and go somewhere else. Cannot even give them a power of attorney for my mother who is incapacitated.... do they want to protect my Mom so that I can inherit everything???? That is the dumbest thing EVER!

We're called to the desk to be serviced for the attendant to help someone else. Then she comes back to us to then ask us to sit down and wait. As the other staff isn't able to remove a deceased person off an account. Smh I guess it's always something at this location.

Wow glad this is right by the clinic, forgot my money at home. Not the worlds friendliest folks but nice level of professionalism. But two atms at clinic was not operational yesterday, not taking a chance they are still down.

Waited 45 mins to see the manager or a personal banker without being acknowledged. I eventually left without meeting with anyone. I will definitely never return to that branch.

I just left the bank, frustrated by the way the agent was behaving. The agent left his office for another room, then he came back, I wanted to go in his office, then he told me not to enter, then he sat in front of his computer. I spent 10 more minutes without having any word from him.
I can understand if he had something to do, but it’s not costly for him to let me know what’s going on.
I was sadly surprised by the way he handled this situation, hopefully things change.
