This key bank have always block my account on the app or the whole account, I been depositing checks for over 4 years now with no change of my name or nothing and they always blocking my account for the same reason . I’m just tired that I can’t even use my own money because they always want to block my account citizens bank it is for me way better than this . Don’t do it if you trying to open a new account with them they don’t even help you when you have problems with your account they just put you on hold and just say you must open a new account . That’s weird I would give 0 star but that number dont show sadly.

Don't deposit cash into their ATM. It will eat your cash or card or both, then you'll have to wait days for them to review their machine and give your money back. Second time within a year this has happened, it's infuriating.*EditYour response is incredibly tone deaf. It's been four days since the ATM machine error and I still have not received any refund or credit.

It’s truly disappointing how bad the service at this branch has become today is my last straw banking at this branch when I arrived at the front counter to withdraw money I was attended by ana I believe her name was. right counter at 10:20am Saturday November-12 she was absolutely disrespectful and rude I simply asked her if Thomas which ((was)) the branch Manager still worked at this branch as he was very attentive to my needs she obliviously said NOPE AND I DONT CARE TO KNOW I felt as if this was uncomfortable for her to speak to me this way I also asked her for a certain amount of money in increments of $10 and she was highly upset about it and just handed me the money and envelope I feel as if this was very unprofessional due to the amount of money I withdrew there should be a client safety protocol in place there were other clients there and I felt highly uncomfortable putting my money into the envelope this employee lacks training and is very careless about her job I am highly disappointed

Very disappointed in the way they treated me when closing my deceased mother's account. They gave me a list of creditors that she owed (2 for $638.00) that I was handling myself but none of their business. Today pennies matter

I opened a business account. I asked for my account to be put under my tax ID number however it was not. I asked the Thomas the bank manager Thomas to help me fix this but he told the way my business is set does not matter. It is unacceptable to tell a customer any issue they are having does not matter. Also he told me he could not get my BUSINESS NAME on my BUSINESS CARD. Thanks Thomas from key Bank on West 117th by Target. What a terrible way to represent Key bank.

I was pretty happy with KeyBank generally until visiting this location. I was intentionally not given the information that I repeatedly asked for from the bank manager in order that she might push me into a new credit card. Pushy, and predatory. The quiet underpinnings driving our lack of trust in the banking industry. Perhaps it's because I wear the uniform of a contractor and she thought I was a rube. Will be leaving this bank in the near future.

To all Key Bank customers or future customers... The Federal Government lifted the 6 withdrawal transaction a month from savings... Key bank is still penalizing customer with a $5.00 fee per transaction this was enacted April 24,2020
