Only giving that ONE star cause this is the closest bank to me. So now you have to make an appointment instead of just walking in. Covid perhaps? But other banks arent doing that so what makes Keybank different? Hmm.

Only 1 star for phone etiquette, 5 in person.Staff are great in person when you go into bank but, rude on phone. Called to ask a question about my account I just opened and was responded with an answer where I felt talked down to as if I should have known the answer myself?New Client,Georgette Curbelo

The worst bank I have ever had in my life!!! Put in a fraud report and they took over 500 bucks of my money I would never go back to this bank ever again!!!!
