“Friendly and efficient . Been a customer for 44 years. They have handled mortgages , money markets , loans and many other banking functions competitive with other Savings and Loans.”
“My parents have used this bank since the 1980s. Every time I have visited, they have had the nicest employees I have encountered at a bank. A few are still working there these days. They have called if there were ever a strange transaction come by and we never had a problem with anything. The downsides to this bank is that there is only one location, it is savings account only, there is no debit card, you still use a bank book, and the hours of operation are even less than other banks. While they have the best people working there (reason they get 4 stars), the bank itself is inconvenient for most people. It is great for older persons that bank like the old days, but the younger generations are probably confused.”

“My husband and I have been extremely pleased, and grateful, for the time, dedication and commitment Andrea Krol has given us, since becoming our Trust Officer. Our initial trust officer at TPC , assigned to us in 2020, could not be bothered with explaining the process, nor explaining the inner workings of our particular trust to us. We were very unhappy and frustrated with, not only that particular trust officer; but TPC as well. We were in the process of looking to move our funds to another company when Andrea Krol became our new Trust Officer. Once Andrea Krol came on board and started working with us, we have been nothing but pleased. Her patience, her timely responses to our inquiries, and her overall willingness to hear our needs has been outstanding. “Good location for me. Branch manager checks out unlike Flagstar's down the street being sued by a customer. I opened an account online and it was simple to do so. There was a number and email to call right at the bottom of the application should I have run into any issues which was fantastic.”
