If I could give this bank negative stars I would. Service has gone way way way downhill over the years. Time to pull the plug. No wonder the stock price is in the toilet. Also, nobody answers the phone or ever returns calls. Any bank would be better than this.

If you have a check more than $5000 to deposit They will put a hold on it for 5 business days for REASONABLE CAUSE TO DOUBT COLLECTABILITY: which they say is a reason for them not to follow there own funds availability Policy. I talked to there customer service department and was told they can not do anything as well as the Branch manager Hunting bank and Citizens bank only put three day holds on same checks

I had the worst banking experience of my life here. Only one person on staff knew how to perform the particular service I needed, and they were in another meeting. The other employees tried to find a workaround, which took 40 minutes. This was frustrating, but I recognize the staff was doing their best. I can't fault them for that. During this 40 minutes, the banker working with me suggested I open a savings account that would earn X percent interest if I deposited Y dollars in it. When I told them I don’t have Y dollars, another nearby banker laughed at me! (I don't want anyone blameless to face negative consequences. The banker who laughed was a man. The banker helping me was a woman.) At the very least, you want a banker not to make you feel belittled for your financial situation. Not everyone on staff here cleared that low bar.

I have applied for an account multiple times online and have called in to find out that there is no active account. I feel like I am being lied to.Keybank's website is very buggy. Their Online banking sucks and they do not fix it. The customer service, while somewhat kind, is not very helpful. I do not recommend Keybank.

I love this bank! Been a client at KeyBank for well over 2 decades and can't express how happy and satisfied I am for all they have done for me from basic transactions to IRA's and new credit cards the have always looked out for my best interests, helped my out when I needed it and have always had my back whenever there was a problem! Elizabeth Ortiz, Nancy Mancuso, Merima Veljak, Denise Grant, and Rezarta Ramaj are the best and make such an awesome team!!!!

This bank has caused me so much headaches you couldn't imagine...I would not recommend them to no one! I just closed my account their in January 2021!

The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the service is awfully slow. You just sit and watch the line grow. Expect a minimum of 20 minutes here. One of their machines ate my card and it took a month to get a replacement. Poor customer service. They do not sanitize the key pad between customers.

Really hate dealing with this branch gave me and my mom a hard time about doing a deposit when I've done plenty of them w 117th branch never gives us a hard time or gave us one I could tell from the start of going in they were gonna try to find anything to gives us problems wont be dealing with them I rather talk to a wall or the atm
