It was my first time in the branch after learning that the branch was closing on Superior which was very convenient since I worked downtown and I was used going to the Collinwood branch at times nevertheless the teller was very nice and the service was excellent after being at customer at superior for years and at times at the Collinwood branch

I don’t know where this lady came from at the drive thru she is definitely not nice and seems annoyed when she is at the window , her attitude sucks … they have a very pleasant white guy guess he’s gone this is a ghetto KeyBank … definitely will be changing banks, her name is whiteDi she is very sarcastic as well I will be reporting her to Cooperate for sure ….

Twice now I have paid off an old account that I unfortunately let go negative. The first time, I made the mistake of trusting the staff to do their job, but this more recent time, I took a picture of the receipt to protect myself from their negligence. I will follow up this review with the total amount of time it takes them to correct the mistake after I showed them the receipt protecting me from getting my hard earned money wasted by their negligent staff.

If you like waiting an hour to see a personal banker, this is the place to go. Totally unprofessional, at no time do they tell you how long your wait will be.
