This place is a waste of time. Don’t bother making an appointment because they will not be able to see you on time or even that day. Absolute embarrassment of management to only staff the lab with one person.

Went for a scheduled labwork appointment at 11am only to find out they had “called off” from work entirely today without any notice. When I asked the photo and pharmacy departments they seemed just as perplexed as me. Embarrassing and unprofessional.

They don’t work during working hours, they don’t return phone calls, and they don’t post correct information about the hours they perform certain services. Don’t even both trying to get labs done here, it’s not worth the multiple trips you have to make in person only to go home because the employees take no pride in their job

Not sure why there were so many negative reviews, but I had a great experience here. The staff member who cared for me was very kind. I was in and out in 20 minutes on a Saturday morning and they accepted my third party requisition with no issues! I would highly recommend

They DO NOT text you if waiting in your car. I had 2 go twice and 2 different people told me 2 different directions on how to handle my specimen I collected at home.

The lab tech cannot even read a requisition correctly - it said "Client Bill" with the client listed as the website I purchased testing through. She then refused to test me unless I paid $436 or had the website send a "correct" requisition. Customer service from the website called the lab to try make it right and they never picked up the phone. Labcorp is just the worst.

I got my appointment canceled for my glucose which I had scheduled two weeks in advance… and it was canceled right when I was on my way. This is super unprofessional and they don’t care for their patients.

The wait wasn't long but the lady administrator had a not so pleasant attitude. She did bother to check different avenues to get me registered and kept sending me away, until I contacted my employer and then she decided to check on a different screen where she found to register. Just need an attitude an alternative way adjustment

Checked in at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment. Waited until 3pm and they were seeing people who checked in after me. They never sent a text that they were ready to see me, and I was in the waiting area. Huge waste of time. I'll get my bloodwork done elsewhere.

Workers are attitudinal, unprofessional, and will blow your vein. Worker was mad that I didn’t have my order printed when she easily scanned the barcode from the email. Save your time and energy by going to a better location.

I scheduled my appointment online and arrived on time. There was one person ahead of me but they moved very quickly and I was seen promptly. The rep was very personable and professional. Overall good experience.

Horrible experience. I fasted for 12 hours, showed up for my appointment on time, checked in, and after waiting for 45 minutes, learned that their lab tech just didn't show up that day and I've just been wasting my time.I received zero notifications about all of this from LabCorp or Walgreens; I just happen to overhear another patient talking to a pharmacist about why she wasnt seen yet. Please don't waste your time in scheduling an appointment here. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I came here. My appointment was at 11am. I arrived at 1045 and checked in there is a line full of folks waiting. When I asked the technician how long the wait would be at 11:15 he told me it was 4 people ahead of me . I explained to him I had an appointment at 11. He said I had to wait! This is very inconsiderate to first the fact that I have to hold my urine forever and need to pee I’m here for a drug test. Secondly why are they accepting appointments if they are not honoring them. At this point you should just take walk ins which I called and asked the day before if I could just walk in earlier instead of my appointment and I was told no! It’s also inconsiderate of my time ! Very unprofessional, if you can’t run a business right don’t run it at all!!!
