Liz nails is the best place in the area! Hanna is amazing and can do anything you ask for, she is so sweet and kind! The place is amazing with super positive vibes throughout! If you’re ever in the area of Rocky River stop in and get your nails done!

Called for an appointment and they were able to take me same day. Amy did my pedicure and dip manicure and they were perfect! Will definitely be back. Staff was very polite.

Great place! My appointment was canceled by another salon and they were able to fit my group in last minute. The pedicure was very relaxing. Great products!

They were amazing! After our regular place canceled our appts while we were waiting, they were able to accommodate three pedicures with only a 20 minute warning. They did a great job and saved our toes for vacation. Thank you!

Rude, aggressive and cut the cuticle to the point of bleeding. Talked out loud to the entire shop about what was wrong with my nails. Will NEVER be back. EVER. Do better.

Came in with my mom for her birthday. They were busy, I get it. Doesn’t mean you lack on the quality just trying to get people in and out. I’m a dude, a landscaper with dirt under my nails. Got a “manicure” and left with dirt under my finger nails. $150 for what? Not coming back.

Love the nails but they have no organization in how they schedule appointments. They don’t tell the tech when you are there and half the time they are busy with someone else and you can start your appointment 30 mins late. Want to love it but not for working people on time crunch

It’s about time I leave a review for this spa. Their customer service is always quick and friendly. I’ve been coming here for years. They really get to know and remember you, and they are good at accommodating to concerns customers may have.

Today was my first time going to Liz Nails in Rocky River. I highly recommend Henry! He gave me the best pedicure that I ever had. He was very friendly, and I could tell that he loves and takes pride in his work. Also, his foot massage was incredible! Thank you Henry and Liz Nails- I will be back : )

I’ve been seeing Hanna at Liz Nails and she is nothing short of amazing. I’ve never had a nail fall off in the few years I’ve been seeing her. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

2.5/5 overall rating. I was debating giving them a 2.5 and 3 stars but I decided on a 2.5 because customer service is at least good. I visited over a year ago in April 2023 and this review is being written in May 2024. CUSTOMER SERVICE -- In my experience, they have good customer service. I called last minute and I was able to get an appointment. NAILS -- There are a variety of styles and colours to choose from - you can keep your natural nails or add acrylic (fake) nails. I got acrylic nails for the first time with a pink gel polish. My actual nail service was a little rushed towards the end because I noticed that after the staff member was done, my cuticles or the skin around my nails were not smooth. There was still little bits of dry skin that could be cut or peeled off. The nail technician, a woman, didn't remove some of my dry skin around my nails. Granted, I could have said something to her afterwards but after already spending over 1 hour there, it was getting late at night and I needed to go back to my apartment. It was obvious to me though that the nail technician would know how to finalise a nail service. For such an expensive nail service, it would have been nice if they paid more attention to the little details. My cuticles and some dead skin were not done correctly. In addition, when I went back 2+ months later to have the nails removed, which I believe is free or $10, I noticed that my actual nails were brittle/soft/weak. It took over 4 months for my nails to feel strong again. A friend told me that the method that they used to remove the acrylic nails may have put too much pressure of on my actual nails and damaged them. I'm never getting acrylic nails and gel polish again whether here at Liz Nails or elsewhere. It works for some people but not for me. Gel polish is extremely hard to remove by yourself and that's not a Liz Nails business issue. **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 29/150 total reviews in 2024 - 679 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 17 May 2024
