Literally couldn’t be happier!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! I went in after a disaster haircut at another salon and Kristin totally saved me! She gave me the best cut and style I have ever had! She’s so sweet, so professional, and the place is just a total vibe! Can’t recommend her enough! See you soon, diva! ✨

I was very uncomfortable when I walked into this salon. I felt unwelcome. Some of the staff don’t really have good manners and were staring at me.
The appointment started 20 minutes late, but at no point was I informed of the delay.
The stylist put a ton of product in my hair and pushed it into my face for a lot of the cut. I had an allergic reaction that lasted for several days, my skin flaked off my face and my left eye swelled a little. I had said I prefer no product in my hair, or as little as possible.
At one point, the stylist said to me “I knew what haircut you wanted. I just didn’t wanna do it.” …. What ???!!😂😭
I asked for 2 to 3 inches off, she took at least 8 inches off.
The cut is not good and the stylist didn’t know what I meant by “thinning the under layers” so even though my hair is now hella short, it’s still getting tangled, and it doesn’t lay right.
There are long pieces mixed in with shorter layers because the stylist didn’t pay attention to how my hair lays when she was cutting it. it’s not a good haircut, and it’s definitely not what I asked for. I cannot recommend this salon for a curly hair.
Paying $75 for a bad haircut is upsetting.

Jennie at Locksmith rocked my hair color out of the park today...I am awed by her masterful artistry...I miss my Wayne who has since retired from there but so very lucky I found Jennie..she is a hair wizard...

I have been going to Kristin (the owner) for a bit now. She cuts curly hair very well and is kind, accomodating and very nice. If you are looking to have your hair colored in anyway, I would suggest using someone else. This is not a one off suggestion. My daughter had to go back twice for a simple full head of highlights and I went back 3 times and now have to go somewhere else to try to fix my hair color. Went from Salt and Pepper colored hair to a color that has no name, not to mention that I was stuck in a chair for 3.5 hours the 3rd time. She really tried to make it work, returned my money and it became increasingly clear that color is not her forte'. Buyer beware!

My son decided he wanted rainbow hair for the summer, but historically HATES going to the hairdresser (sensory/Autistic). We were super hesitant to do this, but he continuously, adamantly requested for weeks, and after soliciting recommendations, we set up a consult with Sean at Locksmith.
I let him know the situation and he took the time to work with my son and I to help him understand the process, how long it would take (3+ hours and he still said yes!) helped pick colors and made the perfect recommendations for what and how we should do it.
He fit us in next day right before he went on vacation (THANK YOU) and I cannot express both what an amazing experience it was and HOW AMAZING it came out! Sean was so patient and thoughtful and I don’t think my kiddo would have made it through the whole session with anyone else.
My kiddo is ECSTATIC about his new do and was so excited to show it to EVERYONE.
I would absolutely 100% recommend Sean to anyone looking to add some color to your hair. He’s knowledgeable, makes excellent recommendations, is lovely to chat with, and above all does an AMAZING job. We will be back!

The only place I’ve found that actually gets me what I want. I’ve tried forever to find a hair salon that would be cheaper, but that’s not always better. Yes, they’re expensive, but it’s worth it. I’ve been coming here for years now. I’ve only been a few times in those years because I don’t get my hair done often. It’s always a treat and pleasure when I do though. I highly recommend.
