Visited this location for a car wash and my car is squeaky clean now!I realized I left something from my car yesterday and figured I’d return today, to see if they still had it. One of the kind gentlemen new exactly where it was and returned it back to me…. Thanks so much!I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a great wash and amazing customer service. :)

This is hands down the best Car Wash in Lakewood! I have gone here for a number of years and they do an excellent job, my car magnets always stay on, they power spray the bird "debris" off my car. I went to the Sgt. Clean this past Sunday on other side of Lakewood--towards Rocky River...I did this on a whim thinking I would get a great wash. I was definitely wrong :( I went through the car wash and bird poop was still on my car!! I was soo upset I went back to the car wash and asked for another wash....my car was not clean. After the 2nd wash Bird poop was still on my hood!. The first time I went to this car wash, my car magnets came off my car. I left my number and visited the car wash twice to see if they found the magnets. The magnets didn't turn up...I didn't think much as I should have removed them off my car. I have never had this problem at Madison Ave Car Wash. They really care about their customers and provide a high quality wash at a fraction of the price of the Sgt. Clean. Don't be fooled by the bells and whistles of these new car washes. Madison Ave does it right every time!!!

I love coming here! The staff is super friendly and they always do a detailed job. They pick the pine needles out of my windshield wipers and hand-dry my car. The actual car wash us uses automatic machines, like any other, but the personal detailed touches they provide is one you can only get from humans! The complimentary air freshener is always appreciated too. 10/10 would recommend!

Was by far the worst car wash I had ever paid for! The two gentleman hand drying my car must be blind! After the wash I pulled in my driveway and the bird doo Doo was still on the side of my vehicle! I wanted to drive back there and complain buy I was in a rush for a pryor commitment.

I recently visited this car wash and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. Not only was the rate affordable, but the quality of service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service I received.One thing that stood out was the attention to detail during the hand drying process at the end of the wash. The staff took their time to ensure that every nook and cranny of my car was dried properly, leaving it spotless.Overall, I highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the area looking for a high-quality wash at an affordable price. My favorite car wash! The wash itself is awesome. There’s so many options. I always get the weather gaurs and tire shine. Nice guys that work there and they towel dry your car so your car sparkles, no water spots. I go at least twice a month, sometimes I’ll do an $8 quickly too get salt off my car I’m the winter.
