This is the 2nd PC I purchased through them, both custom builds.
The first build had a faulty motherboard and wouldn't even boot up. Not even to BIOS.
The second build lasted a bit longer. The liquid cooling system went within the first 8 months, then the SSD, followed now by the GPU, and then ultimately now the system will not load even to BIOS.
Previously I had a barebones system that lasted 15 some years. I get we can't guarantee every part....but there's just to much going sideways within a year or so given time to just knock it up to coincidence. Both builds were top of the line setups.
At this point I wouldn't recommend them....just to much going wrong with their builds in a quick manner.

Great place to do business with! I absolutely love the customer service. I ordered a build without a power supply, and when I got it I could not get it to turn on. So I sent it back to them and they even paid for the shipping. When I got it back everything looked the same, so I didn't think that it was going to work. Well, it didn't. BUT, after double checking my modular power supply I found out that there are 2 plugs on it used to connect the 24 pin motherboard connector to. I plugged that in and she fired right up!! My mistake totally! Great company with good prices and great service. Darn that modular PS! lol

I bought my custom system from Magic Micro Computers in 2018 and was originally happy with it. Throughout the purchase process Magic Micro Computers made a couple of suggestions, how to further improve the system. Upgraded the SSD and firewire card, added case cooling, upgraded CPU fan and other things. However, they failed to mention that the CPU wasn’t compatible with the 8-9th Generation Asus Z370 mainboard. Instead, they switched it to the compatible 6-7th Generation model without notifying me. However, they listed the Z370 on the invoice and charged accordingly. Now, years later, I bought a new, Windows 11 capable CPU. However, the new CPU isn’t compatible because Magic Micro Computers used a different mainboard during the built without letting me know. When I contacted them about the issue, they responded quickly and sent me a falsified invoice, that listed the 6-7th Generation mainboard present in my system. Only after I confronted them with the original sales documentation, they admitted that they put a different mainboard in my built. No matter how well intended the switch was, the fact that they didn’t notify me, invoiced me incorrectly, and upon discovery, falsified an invoice is upsetting and unacceptable. In their communication, they kept saying that they wanted to work toward a resolution but made no suggestion as to how nor offered any kind of compensation. I’m fed up with them, will return the CPU I just bought at my expense and upgrade to a new mainboard / CPU combo. I would advice any buyer to do a thorough check of what individual components are in their system versus what they were invoiced for.

avoid these bastards at all costs - they are rude- ignorant andDO NOT HONOR THEIR 3 YEAR WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They liars sold me a computer with a memory stick they knew was faulty and then lied about it. filing a complaint with the Ohio dept of consumer affairs tomorrow. little wussy that runs the place wouldn't even talk to me on the phone unless I apologized for calling him a "name"you ain't heard nothin yet palps threatening to keep somebody's money and not ship their order is not only immoral it's ILLEGAL

I would rate this company more stars if I could. They sent me a great build of exactly how i wanted. Magic Micro contacted me directly during the assembly of the computer to point out some items that should be added that I did not think about when customizing the rig. Elena was very responsive with concerns I had after I had received my computer. Which they promptly remedied. They employ a great financing company for those who can take advantage of those with the credit. All in all, this was a great experience. I don't give out recommendations very often, but I would highly recommend Magic Micro.

I've bought several computers from Magic Micro before, and have always been pleased. They allow for all kinds of options in selecting your computer and designing it to fit your needs, not the needs of the accountants at Dell. I was contacted promptly with the confirmation, and also a follow-up suggesting that in my combination I probably would want more fans in the case. While that might just be considered upselling, the recommendation made a lot of sense and was probably for my benefit. They built it quickly, and I had my new computer within ten days from the date I ordered it. Works like a charm, and I'm very happy with it. When I bought a computer from them previously that had an issue (I think the video card but it's been a long time), they fixed it promptly, at no charge to me. Recommended."
