I had an incredibly disappointing experience at your salon. Not only was the staff rude and unprofessional, but the hygiene standards were also shockingly low. To make matters worse, I was charged extra without any prior notice. The haircut I received was far from what I had asked for, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied. I cannot in good conscience recommend this salon to anyone and will not be returning...

Great service and super clean nails? Lisa is super nice and take her time with each nail. I always do gel overlay because I like the natural look and they look 100% natural. Also they had a big and nice color selection.

I didn't get a chance to use this service because on the morning of my appointment I woke up with a migraine and had to call to cancel and reschedule. My husband's first call was at about 7:20 a.m. and then again he called at about 10 a.m. for a 12 p.m appointment. He explained that I was unable to come because of my migraine and to call us to reschedule. Instead I had a snarky text message from her saying that she didn't get my message until 10 min before my appointment and that her cancellation wasn't met so she'd be charging me. Still she never attempted to contact me to reschedule. But, honestly, what business doesn't make an exception of for medical event? I've never had any business charge me for missing because of my migraines. Also, how could she not have filled the spot, if what she claimed was true and she had to turn people away, she obviously didn't pick up any of her messages all morning! What small business owner doesn't check their messages throughout the day?It doesn't matter how good the service is, if the culture is so disrespectful. I get that I didn't call before the 24 hour deadline, but who can predict a medical event. I didn't willfully not show up. I thought I gave her as much notice as I could. Save yourself the aggravation. Unless you're able to book for that day, don't go here.

This salon is weird. They never answer the phone. They only do certain services. It's in a great location and I'd like to visit but they never answer the phone. It's like they are screening calls.
