Max & Alayna's Paws Play is Downtown Cleveland’s premiere doggie daycare, boarding and grooming facility. It is a smaller, personal and more intimate, veteran-owned establishment that keeps its ratios low for safety. The staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and great, making dogs and owners feel right at home, safe, and like family. The experience is hands-down the best. Dogs get excited to visit and have the best time playing with new friends. The facility features immaculate suites and play yards, with standard, spacious kennels even for big dogs. Owners appreciate the super easy drop-off and pick-up in the downtown area. For boarding, the staff is willing and helpful, allowing personal items like bowls and blankets in the private suites. They provide daily pictures and updates, with quick responses to texts. The ability to watch on camera is also helpful. Many customers, including a kennel owner, highly recommend them for daycare and boarding needs, stating they could not have picked a better place and will definitely be back.

Paws Play has been so wonderful to my pup. He loved going and gets excited whenever we get close. I love the staff and I know that they take great care of my pup, like they would their own. It’s a great team, and a great place. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Della has been going to Max & Alayna’s Paws Play since she was just 6 months old. And at 5 years old she still can’t get over the excitement of going to daycare (and doesn’t want to leave!). I would recommend Paws Play to any dog mom or dad!!
