Had a oil change appointment at 11:30. Sat down and waited an hour.. the lady came and talked to me about service and I declined... hour later they still haven't called me so I walked up to lobby and my car is sitting there finished and I asked why am I still waiting and she says the paper work is printing. They made me sit and wait because i declined service. These people are horrible

From beginning to end, a great experience. Carl was my dealership guy and Joe was my finance guy but everyone I encountered was absolutely great. Very hospitable and great customer service. I passed up a Toyota near my home to come to this one and I made the right choice!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. This dealership is know in the entirety of northeast ohio for their horrid customer service. I have a brand new highlander that I needed a safety feature turned off and was told they could not do such a thing. Then I was told that it would be $140 for them to do it. After all this. The service manager Chris, called me with a worse attitude than his service writer Mike hanan hana. And Chris proceeded to have a horrid attitude and even hung up on me abruptly and refused to answer any of my calls after. This dealership does not care about the customers nor their vehicles. Approach with caution and question everything these lying thieves tell you. Even the dealership manager was unprofessional when he was called out in the training of his employees. West side Toyota and Brunswick Toyota have never once acted this way. The response they left to this review is also a lie. I've attached an image of the invoice that quotes $1600 for an estimated repair amount. They just keep lying . They literally told me it would be $140 TO TURN OFF THE SEATBELT CHIME. They claim it's ilegal but they preformed the same exact request last year on my 2021 Camry

Nice crew. Got there early, they started on my car early and out the door in a reasonable amount of time. Wouldn't mind a few more options of food/entertainment while I wait.

I frequently make trips to Cleveland and Metro Toyota is on the way. I use their service center for fast service on my car. If I ever need an oil change or other maintenance I make sure to go to Metro. I'm don't spend much time waiting, which is great since I'm always on the way to meetings and appointments. They're respectful of time which is refreshing compared to a few other dealers in the area I've been to. I highly recommend Metro Toyota.

Never go there! Dishonest!wentfor a routine oil change, after he gave me a price, I gave him a coupon $10 coupon then he gave me a bill of more than with out the coupon, when questionEd him how can that be, he gave me a song and dance routine!another time I went to have them check under the hood for a sound, they wanted to charge me about a $100.00 while my truck is still under warranty!
