My experience with the MetroPCS store located at 3061 West 25th Street Cleveland Ohio, has literally been one that has left me wondering how this location is open. Went to this location when my cellular service stopped working two weeks ago after receiving a message saying no sim card. My account was active and paid, my SIM card was in my device so I didn't understand what was happening. When I visited this location they gave me directions on how to resolve this and I did as they told me to. When I went back yesterday, March 15th the employee at the store told me to go to Metro's headquarters in Lakewood Ohio because he cannot see my account. This man never even attempted to look at my account, my phone, ask my name or phone number. When I went to the Lakewood location I learned that there is no HQ he told me to go to a place that doesn't exist. Luckily because I was sent on this dummy mission, I actually received the assistance that I should have from the beginning. My account was active and on in my phone was not reading my sin due to the device being old. When I called the West 25th location ask why sent me to a false place, he told me he didn't have time for this and hung up on me. I called back multiple times that day and he rejected every single call. For an employee to tell me that he didn't have time for this while literally on the clock, is laughable to saw the least. I'm going to assume that he didn't like hearing that he provided me with horrible service and false information and hung up the phone. That's the risk you take when you provide horrible service and give false information lol. This employee doesn't even know how Metro PCS by T-Mobile works yet he is representing the company and can't look up a phone account. Dude, imagine your phone stopped working, what would you do? Wouldn't you want your provider to assist? I don't understand the logic nor the treatment. I'm no Karen, and was even apologetic because I was speaking with frustration in my tone. I'm not sure how a business can decide they don't want to answer the phone or reply to a text from a customer because they don't feel like it. I understand they're all individually owned but MetroPCS by T-Mobile is being represented horribly by this store.

I basically have a promotion, this dude alladin however you spell his name gave me a damn used phone & my now phone is being taking over by someone I do not know. Like dude I'm sure If I came w a man on my arm you wouldn't have done it to me being as the im a woman. You took advantage. You saw an opportunity to rip me off & you got away w it. This place is whack as hell for doing me like that. I wish I can give you a zero bc that's what this place is. Never returning to this store. EVER.
