My service rep was "Q" and she is the best rep that has help me out of all the years I've been with Metro Pcs. She is very knowledgeable about all the products and services they offer. Even though customers were coming in she didn't rush the process she greeted the walk-ins and let them know she'd be right with them. She explained everything and informed me of my upgrades and deals for my account. This was my first time coming to this store so as long as "Q" is here I'll continue to come here!! Don't loose her she's definitely an asset to this company. Excellent job "Q" and thank you again.

My experience with metro pc, was awesome today, customers came in and cussed burt out & at no time did he lose his cool, he stayed professional, the issues were the previous employees that had already went home for the day. He did a great job.
