My TMobile router was not working. I went to the Metro store with the hope of obtaining a new router. Mark advised my I need to call 611 and to advise customer service that my router is bad and I need a new one. The customer service rep offer me a new router but it would have to be mailed to. I declined the offer and advised the rep I cannot go without internet service and I needed the router tonight. Mark suggested I tell the rep I want to cancel service to my current router so I am able to purchase a new router and have internet service for the weekend. The rep did not want to cancel my service and was very adamant that I upgrade my service for $240. I again declined the offer and just wanted a new router. Mark then spoke with the rep and advised her of my wishes. Again, the rep offered me a $240 upgrade which again I declined. I advised the rep at least 6 times and Mark advised the rep several times that I wanted to cancel my service so I can get a new route. Eventually, the rep told us she had to speak with her supervisor before she can cancel my service. It got to the point to were I was almost pleading with rep to cancel my service. Mark advocated for me with the rep multiple times but to no avail. The rep was insistent I upgrade my service to $240. Mark called his manager, advised him of the situation, and the manger tried to intervene for us but again the rep insisted I upgrade my service. I was getting upset with the rep because she could not cancel my service and insisted I update my service. Mark advised the rep that his store will be closing soon and we have been on the phone with the rep of over thirty minutes. Mark's comment fell on deaf ears. At his point I was ready to go to ATT and get internet service thru them.
After being on the phone with the rep 55 minutes, Mark was able to go into the system, cancel my service and provide me with a new router. Mark has awesome customer service skills as he advocated for me and was able to cancel my service and sell me a new router in about 5 minutes.
Metro's 611 customer service rep was horrible. If i get a survey, she is getting zeros. She refused to cancel my service and insisted I upgrade my service. I should not have been on the phone for 55 just to cancel my service and get a new router. I pray that I never have to call 611 again. I had a better experience buying a used car from a shady salesman than I did with the 611 rep.

It was managed by nice people in the past , but now it’s operated by some small kids . The counter guy has no sense of customer service or respect he is there only destroy this business .An advice to the owner : I am your customers for years , and I know you guys were very cool , your business rating was 5 star when you guys were working , now since this little guy joined see your google rating. please check on this small guy attitude how he reacts with his your customers , he is destroying your business before it’s too late .

Went herre to buy Samsung a14 case. They charged me 30 dollars..walmart had one for 17 dollars wich was better. Rip off place.

Took my phone there to get fixed one of the workers called me for the password for my phone and soon as I gave him the password he called my childrens father and gave him my phone to go through

My phone was not purchased there but I couldn't get my phone out of accessibility mode it was talking back to me. The clerk was very busy but didn't ask any questions just fixed it no problem. Thank you Young man. I have purchased there before and will continue to be a customer. My next phone will be purchased there. That will be sooner than later. I really appreciated your help.

If i could leave a no star i woukd or even negitive star review. I go in pay my bill in advance. Then i add another line pay well over 300 bucks that day for them to take another 80 bucks out there of my account for (autopay) to call them and them to tell me it was used up for activation fees that my receipt says i paid for when i paid for the new phone. Becareful they dont tell you that your paying them for services that metro will charge the same fees on your bill after you activate a new phone line...
