Bought a phone there...was lied to and totally robbed of my money. Got access to my bank account for financing a phone which I paid first month upfront but as soon as sale was completed my bank had a withdraw from them causing a negative balance. Said I didn't agree to this and specifically said not to bill till next month and was then greeted by another worker out of back who harnessed me telling me I needed to see a Dr and I informed him I have for 20 yrs and am legally disabled partly for reasons he intentionally aggravated and was harassed until I left the store short about $140 with a phone I didn't even want. They are criminals along with Metro T-Mobile as a whole. And they claim no yada yada as their pitch. Most likely getting police involved as I called for supervisor on their help line and was told to go back to the store to then call them back. Horrible store and company as a whole. Not laying down on this one.
