Abe and Ali are awesome! Like seriously! This particular store is ALWAYS CLEAN, smells good and I am greeted so nicely EVERYTIME!! They treat you like family and gives great conversation! I felt as if I was talking to my brothers! You definitely need to give them a visit if you're in the market for new phone service or a phone. They got you! You will NOT regret it!

Ali was great! We were just in his store, and he saved us money on an existing account, and also set us up quickly and efficiently with another account (and new phone). Best experience I've had with a phone store!

I'd like to compliment a few of your employees, Abe and Ollie for their excellent service they provided to me on Wednesday, May 24th, 2023. They both listened as I informed them of my brothers health issues and of his recent fall he had at his home.My concerns were answered without hesitation and provided me with extended information regarding various options that would be well suited for my brothers needs. Metro by T-Mobile are very lucky to have customer representatives of such caliber working for them. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. Sometimes, the people we count on the most are the ones who hear "thank you" the least.I can tell Abe and Ollie enjoy their jobs at Metro by T-Mobile very much by the passion and commitment in their voices. Passion is not something that comes naturally, but rather by the attention and high energy one may put forth. I have no doubt, both of these employees will continue being OUTSTANDING in their jobs.I am so excited to tell my story to others and make it a point, they start using Metro by T-Mobile. Ali is the man! I went in to switch from a tracphone back to Metropcs. He said no, I needed a new phone. At first, I thought he was just trying to squeeze as much money he could out of me. I told him I am in a situation and can't afford it. Not only did he get me a great new phone, but he included the screen protector and case, all at an unbelievable price! I am so grateful for this unexpected blessing. Ali is the best! I would highly recommend seeing him if you need a great deal.
