Plans, price, phone selection and customer service are great!! My initial setup wasn’t what I wanted and because of that I have to give it 4 stars. I found out the plan I asked for was not the one I received.

This Metro by Tmobile facility is great. I got my new Samsung A21 free just had to pay my first mo ths and raxes. Pablo and his brother alwaysgreeat and give great customer service. I recommend this place if you want a good product and price.

I was unable to receive service got here at 12 a clock and had a sign on the door that says we'll be back in 15 minutes thank you management. So I time for 2 minutes on my phone and no one is back yet I tried calling the store and it keeps going to the answering machine. I guess I have to go somewhere else to get service because I was going to purchase a new phone.
