Came a hour drive not enough staff to show where products are told me one price then when I brought up product told me another kept saying more product in the back asked for them to show me they couldn’t so didn’t get anything waisted my time downtown liquidation much better service

Unprofessional. Nothing like they perceive themselves to be on social media. Owners- Wife has a stank attitude you can’t even ask a question without thinking she has a personal problem with you. and husband is arrogant doesn’t want to deal with you unless you’re spending big $$$ and buying big bulks of products. The place is a clustered mess, everything is everywhere. I watched the employees dragging washers and dryers around and slamming them onto the dolly and running into shelves. The wife had poodle puppies just locked up in the cage under one of the shelves while their kids just run around the place throwing toys around and mom was cursing at them. Husband and wife were both in a bad mood like they just got done fighting and I get it couples fight, but leave the kids, pets and drama at home!! What a negative environment to walk into, it literally hits you when you walk through the doors.

We had a wonderful experience working with reo, he was really helpful and kind! The warehouse had exactly what we were looking for and the pricing was really reasonable! We will definitely be back!

Mr. Hannah, I finally got around to putting down that flooring I bought from you about three years ago. Life took a few unexpected turns my mom got really sick and ended up needing an LVAD. I spent two months in the hospital with her, and afterward I focused on redoing her place so she could come home to something peaceful, clean, and comforting.
Because of all that, my own home project was put on hold for a while. But now that it’s finally finished, I wanted to share how it all turned out and let you know the floor looks amazing.
You’ve always been solid, brother. The quality of your products and the integrity you put behind your business really shine through. Thanks again for being a part of making both our homes feel beautiful and new again.

I bought flooring for my home and I was impressed on how sturdy it was way better than Home Depot flooring and cheaper and just went yesterday and purchased a living room set and kitchen set brand new in box I like the vibe and customer service skills he and his wife has and like I told him yesterday I’ll be back me and the family are happy

So Dealing with the Husband is straight forward and respectful But the wife needs a reality check her mouth is so fly and disgusting and disrespectful to the point it will make you never want to do business with them Supporting Black Business is hard when Black Business is Un humble she needs to humble her self and that’s why that warehouse is full and stuff sitting all over the place don’t nobody want to shop and be talk to any kind of way girl I’m never turning no money down if I had a warehouse full that stuff would be out of there apparently they get it by the truck loads they barely have room to put it good quality stuff but poor customer service skills acting like a person that never had anything at its finest I said what I said. I’ll never shop there again

Disappointed my dryer stopped working less than 30days of having it? We been calling all week. The owner said he call back but when we call it goes to voicemail!? That’s messed up and unacceptable and disappointing.
