I've been having mega problems with my Boost cellphone service. After giving them a couple (3?) months to get their s#@ together, I decided it was time to change. I didn't want to go to a cell phone store again because last time I walked into a cell phone store it was boost on Lorrain avenue and I feel I got suckered. I went there for help many times and the guy acted like he didn't care. So I walked into Walmart one day and I saw these cell phones for sale. The technician from OSL was very friendly. Dee what's her name. She explained everything to me and answered every question I had. She didn't pressure me into buying anything but she did show me the best value, how I can get more bang for my buck. They offer a couple of different carriers. Verizon and T-Mobile or the Walmart plan. Those are the only ones I talked about I don't know if they offer more plans. After going home and thinking about it for a few days, I bought a phone for my wife and myself. It was really easy to do and fast too! Faster than the cell phone store. The Dee lady is a real professional! I'm very happy with my cell phone. And I'm very happy with the service provided by Dee from OSL.

Not sure why anyone would love this Walmart. I did have a struggle with the cell phone service but other than that it is well equipped with everything you could need. And it's in walking distance of Extended Stay America

Walmart has everything you need all under one roof. I don't normally have issues at Walmart. Staff at this Walmart was good. They didn't exceed my expectations. But I also didn't have any to begin with.

Parma is a good Walmarts. I Like their Bags. The Paper bag they are using tear up before you get out of store. Many choices of Items are not found in other stores. Thank you Parma Walmarts. Check them out.

I love wasting my entire lunch break trying to purchase one single item from a locked cosmetics cabinet. I love walking around the store asking employees "do you have the key?" and everyone says no. Especially when they tell me the person who can get the key doesn't come in until 2 pm. I love how much sense that makes. I love to walk back up to the front of the store and approach the customer service counter in hopes of understanding how it's possible that they're selling products that no one can buy because no one can open the glass cabinets. Thank you guys so much for all the great work, see you hopefully never again.

Walmart on brookpark in Brooklyn. Disgusting. Never again buying anything from cooler or frozen. It was in my cart for at least 25 minutes. Ok story. I did self check out which I normally don't do. Said I needed assistance the lady came over and canceled my whole order. Then rerange my order. I told them to not do the creamer and lunchables and string cheese it's been out to long now. The lady that rang me up told the lady next to her to put the things back on the shelves it's still KIND OF COOL. Seriously WTF. how many times do they put back shit that should be tossed. Nasty nasty nasty.

I never go to this Walmart... but I was on a time crunch.... From walking in there was a strong chemical smell throughout the whole produce section... it was nauseating.... I only needed 4 things... I pulled my hoodie over my nose to grab what I needed... and busted out within 7 minutes... Everyone walked around even the staff with no concerns... Never again...

The only form of payment I had was Apple Pay. After scanning $80 worth of items, I asked an attendant why my Apple Pay wasn't working. He told me they don't take Apple Pay. Walmart, arguably the biggest chain of stores in the country, doesn't accept Apple Pay. He told me I could void what I scanned and use Apple Pay at a regular check out line. Perfect! Except when I got there, the cashier told me that's not how it works. I'll need to download the Walmart app, input my debit card information, and I can pay "hands free" that way. After half a dozen attempts to make a purchase, my card freezes and isn't compatible with the app, which prompted the cashier to ask "Are you sure you have enough money?" I'll spare you the rest of the details but it took 40 minutes to finally check out. Walmart is like Florida; you've got a pretty good idea of what it's like in your head, but it's always disappointing when you go to visit.

I got my entire outfit for $16! This store was extremely well stocked with a ton of sizing options from XS all the way to 3X! We were greeted upon entering and had attentive staff around for when we had questions. The store was clean and tidy - which has not been my usual experience with Walmart stores, unfortunately. But this store was great!

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst Walmart I have ever been to. Management/customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Whole place is a hot mess. They do not care to help you, they care more about getting home because they all are bitter and hate their jobs. I highly suggest you go to any other Walmart in the area if you don't feel like having to wait around for 45 minutes to then not be helped whatsoever. Absolutely horrible customer service. Every single employee and manager are extremely rude.

Last time I was here, I waited 30 minutes in the checkout line, and it wasn't because they didn't have lanes open--they had a lot of lanes open. They all just must move incredibly slow there, because the people in the lanes next to me waited as long as me/longer. While waiting in the line there was a woman/customer talking really loudly on the phone about a friend's sex life, using pretty vulgar language, next to her son...so this place is pretty much garbage across the board.

I was at this Walmart this morning. I needed a item out of the LOCKED CABINET in the feminine hygiene area. I asked a girl she told me to push the button. I did and waited for a few minutes when another girl appeared and said I'll get her for you. A few minutes later a grey haired woman who used to looked over the receipts at the exit, came over and said what do you want ? I said the cabinet opened, not sure exactly which item I wanted. She repeated what item, I touched the glass and said I guess this one. I guess no one is allowed to look at ingredients or labels. She let me take it out and then said she had to take it. I said do I pay for it now ? I was fine with that, No she has to take it to check out 9. For what? NO ABSOLUTELY NOT, I don't want my item sitting anywhere but in my cart plus I don't know who's touching it or did someone else put it back. No, I said I don't want it then. And I walked away. Walmart if this is your policy at least have the sense to know these items are feminine products that the public doesn't want some goon manhandling and parading through your store. The button was embarrassing enough, and now this. NEVER AGAIN.

By far the worst store on brookpark rd. 3 words= GHETTO, GHETTO, GHETTO! Even the managers...I swear that must be one of the requirements to work there. Unprofessional...they talk to one another while they have customers at the register. Don't get me started on the Spanish chicks at customer service talking about customers in their native language, while they are standing in front of you! Well..Si Ablo Espanol paquito, so watch what you say. I live a couple minutes from here, but refuse to spend my hard earned money or time on your nonsense! WISH I COULD GIVE EVERYONE IN THE STORE NEGATIVE STARS..NO THANKS I'M GOOD!
