Overcharging and not doing a complete job like the photos I show them. And today was the last straw with this nail shop for a pedicure. I was there an entire hour and 10 minutes before closing and was asked to leave.

The one with the big forehead is extremely rude, impatient, and condescending. The others are snooty. The one that sits at #6 is the nicest of them all.
Anyways I’ve been passed around like a hot potato all to get a soak off and an overlay(no color polish no nail art). No communication with me just a bunch of low chittering mumbling under the breath that they do amongst themselves.
Places like them make you want to learn how to do your own nails.
I had my voice translator playing and of course, the big forehead lady was talking about me. Smh

Walked in before 6pm and signed the paper, sat down for about 6 minutes waiting. A lady comes in at 6:06 and ask our they still open for clients? Worker said, No, we closed at 6. Their website says they close at 7pm and the sign on the door says 8pm. Then the owner comes and say they can only take one of us (It was two of us and we was in there before 6pm). The worker could have told us they was going to close at 6 instead of 7 or 8. We left. Not good service communication

They don't want your money. They turned two of us away and another client. There hours sign on the door says close at 8. While Google says close at 7. All 3 of us was there a few minutes to 6.
I won't beg you to take my hard earned money.

Hanna is an experienced nail tech. I started going to her about 15 years ago. Until this day, I haven't found anyone that can do a pedicure better. She's detailed and fast when it comes to sculpting nails and they don't break off. Definitely give her a try. Call for an appointment because she may have someone in the chair already.

Came in just needing a fill & a cute holiday design. 2 hrs & a half missing thumb nail later ( seriously such a horrible job). Disappointing ??♀️
