Frank Gundich was professional and great to work with. He was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable during our wait; offered us drinks. Explained everything every step of the way and kept us updated through the process. Highly recommend this place! They’re the real deal. Up front and honest.

Paid cash for a '17 VW in April for my 16yo daughter. Car had computer issues Day 1, EVERYONE knew, including sales. They lied about everything from the jump, and 8mos later, still don't have the car. Waiting on the computer part to come in, it's sitting at a VW dealership. While waiting, they provided 2 loaners, the first one stopped working, had to have it towed. The 2nd loaner was given with tags that were due to expire in weeks with a donut on it for my daughter to drive, and 2mos later, now it's sitting in my driveway with a different flat tire that has METAL EXPOSED. They tried to get me to drive the car in days before I had hip replacement surgery, bc that was easiest for them, and made no offer to come pick it up, or replace it with a vehicle that didn't look like something that didn't look like a homeless person was living in it. There is no worse customer service in Cleveland. Simply the worst experience ever. Dont expect management to care, bc they don't. That's been proven. Kyle is never available to talk, did nothing to help the entire time, which has been verified, and his boss approves bc I've never been contacted by anyone above, NOT ONCE. Simply can't be trusted. BEWARE and stay away. Not worth it, ever. 2nd loaner below. Will update after calling this morning to tell them to pick up the hooptie and bring me a car that works and isn't a deathtrap. I'm 99% sure they'll ask me to drive down on 2 dead hips to pickup the 3rd clunker. TBD

Went to trade in my current vehicle. Frank and the manager made the process so easy. They really helped me out to get approved on my BMW X1. Love it so much. Can’t wait to drive it for years to come. I am still recommending this store .... ONLY if you do your homework before you go there. The deals are great [they really are] but with interest rates as high as they are - know what to expect before you go. We could not hammer out a deal this weekend because the rates were too high [I ended up buying a new car with better interest rates]. I backed down from four stars because I went in there with a specific car I wanted and told them NO extended warranty, NO added bullshit ... they guy trying to sell that shit to me was trying some sort of Jedi stare down .... really turned me off. An uneducated consumer will be prey at a place like this ... but I was 95% almost going to buy a car [it's the banks that screwed it up in the long run : ( ]

Had a great experience at this location, purchasing my vehicle. Tim was very helpful and kind. I didn't feel as though he was trying to rush a sale. The other people who worked there were also very kind, helpful, and they all appeared to enjoy working together. I would recommend buying a vehicle from here. Although some of the detailing and cleaning of the vehicles could be better, and it wouldn't hurt to have been offered a full tank of gas before driving off the lot, I had very good customer service here.

The team helped me get financing with $0 down, and put me into a 2022 Civic for $300 a month. Sales staff was very helpful, and the service manager Kyle made sure all my tires were properly inflated. Best experience ever! Ty so much will be sending my brother in soon.

Tim was the first face when we walked in. A very sweet, soul, trying to get you your best deal. Very understanding. Very happy with the service here, all the staff were helping him make his first deal with us, at his new job. And it was over all a pleasant experience. They were all super friendly and accommodating here .

I found the exact car I had been looking for sitting on the lot at North Coast Auto Mall via one of the major car search engines - I contacted them and heard back from several different people in a corporate call center, which was the worst part of the entire experience. More on that in a minute...Once I got a hold of Cary, the sales rep actually at the dealership with access to the car, he was AWESOME!! I was out of state and explained how I wanted the transaction to go - I did not want their in-house financing and I needed to be on a tight schedule when flying in for it. Cary was excellent on coordinating the entire thing. He took the time to send me pictures of EVERYTHING on the car, which wound up being exactly as the dealer listed it. He made sure there were NO surprises when I got there. He then made sure I had my purchase contract ready, got me lined up to make sure my deposit wasn't lost, and had the car detailed and ready for me as soon as I got in from the airport. I was able to fly in, sign some docs, give them the balance, and was back on the road home with it within 2 hours. Could not have gone smoother.That all said, the scoop on the corporate folks is that they were unnecessary and overly involved. Even though I told them numerous times that I was already working with someone AT the dealership, they still called a few times to see if I was serious, or if I needed to discuss finances, etc. It wasn't overly burdensome, and the fact I was in constant communication with Cary put my mind at ease that the car wasn't going to disappear while I was traveling to get it. Cary saved the day the whole way. Bottom line, if you're not in the Cleveland area and are looking to do business with them, just ignore the call center folks - call the dealer directly and ask to talk to Cary. He'll take care of it.In summary, if you see what you want at East Coast Auto Mall - trust the listing and give them a call. Ask to work with Cary and he'll take care of you. Top notch individual, and sales rep. Would definitely work with him again.

This place is trash. Only good for someone who does not have any other options. And even then, you can find much better straightforward deals on used marketplaces. These people do not take you serious until they run your credit and will try to take advantage of you as much as possible. They tried to lease me this 2017 Mazda for $700 a month. I eventually pulled their teeth to get it down to $400 a month with my decent credit. They’ll have their younger newer associates assist you until they find out if you have credit and money to put down, then have their older more seasoned salesmen try to hustle you. After purchasing the car, which they assured me the oil was just changed and everything was tuned up, I realized they didn’t do anything. The oil was so black it didn’t look like it had been changed for years. The brake pads needed changing, I had to pay almost $700 to get my tire rod in the front rewelded because it was completely broken, and some fuses needed replaced. This company makes a living off taking advantage of people with low credit and no knowledge of the car industry. DO NOT GO!
