“Stopped in for the first time today. There are SO many petunias and begonias. They have a huge selection of flowers ready to plant and even a few houseplants. I bought a lovely coral colored begonia and a hoya australis lisa. Havent seen either of those in stores. I would highly recommend looking here first for spring color and summer starter plants! The amount of proven winners pots is quite surprising.”

“This a very special unique Garden Center youll visit and keep going back for more. They have many varieties of flowers, plants and seeds. Fresh fruits and vegetables, jams, jellies and honey. They also carry seasonal plants for whatever you need and fresh cut flowers. Youll see beautifully grown hanging baskets for purchase along with yard artwork.
The Garden Bar is very spacious and decorated in a comfortable outdoor setting with brick pathways carefully placed hanging baskets and waterfalls. I had a very cozy feeling outside with seating under a large wood pergola. Also you have your choice of one of the many tables with umbrellas. Check their schedule for live entertainment. The cash bar is amazing. They serve many different drinks and appetizers n snacks.
We had our 50th class Reunion there with no disappointments. Everything was perfectly planned out to make it a wonderful class reunuion in a beautiful garden atmosphere.

This is the perfect place for outdoor Weddings and Special Occasions.

“I can't say enough about this place. The staff were so friendly and very knowledgeable. They don't just work here, they know what they're talking about so you are set up properly to be successful in your outdoor plans. They have everything organized and properly labeled. A large inventory of plants, trees and shrubs, and lawn decor such as planters and figurines. If you have bulky items, they load your vehicle and take their time in ensuring they are transported safely and are cautious around your vehicle. Their prices are comparable to other places, but their quality is better in my opinion. I am more than thrilled with my first time here and will be back for all my landscaping needs.”

“This is for Kim and Cassandra in customer service. I placed an order on website, but couldn’t find/access to add delivery note. So I called the store. Both ladies were very helpful in replying to my questions, and Kim even put a note on my order so it would be delivered properly. Thank you both so much for making my day much easier. It was delivered where I wanted, before I got home. And since 3rd party delivery service, and I have no clue, they also were rockstars. Order was stacked neatly, out of the way, making it much easier for me to move where I needed it to go.”

“So, I used to dread shopping at the Steelyard Commons Home Depot, because you could never find help or associates would see you coming, like you had a question, and make a beeline the other way. But I must say, the last couple times I've been there, I've been lucky enough to encounter Greg. Greg is so helpful, and you can tell that he really doesn't mind, and in fact wants to help you. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll stick with you until he gets one. Home Depot needs more associates, with great attitudes like Greg!”

“I go here for all of the things I need to repair my house. Very friendly, kind staff. They do NOT mind you coming up to them to ask for help, even if they are doing something else. Easy to find everything you need once you've been there enough.”

“I had a mixed experience at the lumber department of this Home Depot.

We purchased plywood and needed it cut. The representative Craig helped us first, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Later, when I got home, I realized the plywood needed to be cut another 1/2 inch, so I returned to the store. This time the representative was Adrian, and unfortunately the experience was very different. He was unprofessional, refused to cut the plywood, and seemed to have an attitude when I politely asked if someone else could help. When I asked about the other employee, he said he was the only one there.

I then spoke with the onsite manager, who listened to the issue and helped resolve the situation. We waited for Craig to return, and he immediately helped us and cut the plywood without any problem.

Craig was extremely professional, experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference in customer experience. 5 stars for Craig.

Adrian, on the other hand, may benefit from additional customer service and lumber department training”
