About OGD Overhead Garage Door
OGD Overhead Garage Door technicians are nice and professional. A technician named Matt showed up right in the time window, explained the inspection and repair process, and replaced a snapped coil spring in under an hour. He test ran the door, explained the parts and labor warranty, and pointed out the OGD sticker. Another technician, Juan, represents the company well and does great work. He gave a diagnosis and multiple options for a solution. Juan was very informative, explained everything completely, and was professional and courteous. He had patience installing a garage door icon on phones. Customers are very satisfied with the repair and service and will continue using OGD for years.
