I know i must have left a review here before. We have been going to Ohio Export now for many years to send packages to Poland and we live on the southneast side of metro Columbus. Why? No other real choice. But truthfully it is because we trust Pan Roman i jego syn, Marko. They have always treated me like family. Last year when there was a delay, Pan Roman called me to apologize for the delay. Where else do you find this kind of treatment? If I lived in metro Cleveland, I would visit them regularly to chat as friends.

A very unique boutique Ukrainian store. Offers some hard to find items including Eastern European alcohol. Also provides cash transport services to Ukraine. Staff is bi-lingual and nice. If you want to make friends, start an anti-Putin conversation!

I have been living in Ukraine for many years and have sent many packages from Parma to Kyiv via Ohio Export. Marco has also been very friendly and responsive in addition to his professionalism. I went there today for the first time and truly, the customer service was wonderful. Owner's son helped me with my package. We were offered drinks and lovely conversation and my son told me, that he felt like royalty drinking juice from the wine glass. The owner was kind and helpful and even held my jacket for me, when I was getting ready to leave. Such a gentleman!

Outstanding company with fabulous customer service! Had to arrange to ship several boxes overseas and my friend and I were treated with a professional but yet friendly attitude from our initial phone call until our boxes were prepared for shipment. The staff was extremely courteous and even stayed passed closing time to accommodate our needs. Would highly recommend Ohio Export for anyone looking to find a reputable overseas shipment company.
