Will never do business with them again. Had my car towed to them. I told them what I thought was the problem. They purchased the part, and started working on my car without telling me how much it was going to cost. They "Googled" Halfway through, and realized they couldn't finish. It had to be taken to another place to complete the job.

Great experience... After getting estimates for big money to rebuild or replace transmission, They were able to diaginose the actual problem, and it cost me a couple thousand less than I expected to pay. Honest guys with great prices.... Very busy shop but worth the wait.....Dan

They are very busy, but it’s no surprise because their work is excellent. Pete was ready to explain to me the issues after diagnosis and hurried to get the parts we needed so that we were not without our pickup truck for longer than necessary. The price was very fair as well.
As a side note, our tow truck driver actually took the truck to the wrong place (next door) and Pete realized this mistake and took the time to tell me what happened and retrieved the truck. I would say he went above and beyond!

As a woman, sometimes it’s hard to find a repair shop that doesn’t try to take advantage because they assume you don’t know better. Parma Transmission dealt with me fairly, and made it their business to save me money…even if it meant they didn’t get the job. I would recommend Pete and PT to anyone and everyone I know. They have made me a customer for life. Thank you

I checked them out because of their past reviews. Needed to return for small leak afterwards which they took care of no fuss- no problem. But over all good work car running like a champ.

I was recommended Parma Transmission by a family friend . I could not be more happy with the experience . I took my "14" impala in and the car was in good shape and sadly the trans had been reading codes. I spoke with the owner Pete and his crew , were more then knowledgeable .The Quote was right where it needed to be and when i decided to go with them they started on it the same day . They had my car turned over in 3 days . I waited about two months to write this but the car is running great and shifting smooth . Also they warranty their work for 1yr . very friendly , not pushy and over all fantastic experience . i would recommend them to anyone i know meet or mentions transmission service. O i also had abs problem and they referred me to a place that is just amazing as well . Thanks guys !
