I needed stuff in a hurry, I called to try and order over the phone but that can't be done however Nakia told me my options, found the items I needed ahead of time so when I got there I got in and out 1-2-3. She was so helpful even before I made it to the store. There are still people out there willing to help (actually their job) but she went above and beyond. Very grateful to have come across her. Absolutely a horrible experience. Costumes delivered late and they were sent back as party was over before we received the items 2 weeks later I'm still trying to get my money back BUT Party City has no idea how to look up the orders Stay away from this store.

My daughter brought a costume here the 23rd. Her auntie took her back on the 25th to get a different one. But she was told the 23rd was the last day for seasonal returns.... Wat made me made was that it was the same young girl who checked us out and I felt like she should have told us that when we purchased it. But instead she was running her mouth talking about the other customers that just left out... Very disappointing. And not good customer service at all

Most cashiers are pretty rude, ignoring customers while on their phones at the register. They don't understand what customer service is. Clean store lots of variety of products

Just bought some balloons yesterday for a balloon bouquet for my son's birthday, next day all the balloons except 2 with the numbers had fell to the floor. I thought they use helium which last at least a few days. For as much money as I spent, this was such a disappointment :(

Spent $47 on 6 balloons and paid extra for them to have high float in them. This is them not even 48 hours later. Clearly half of them didn’t get what I paid for.

9 times out of 10, there is always an issue with my order at this location but it is the only one conveniently located close to me. When I first got ready to place my order online I did see pick up times available at 8;00 am but by the time I actually put everything in, the earliest was 9am so I selected that.I received an email about 730am on the day of the pick up telling me my order was ready. When I checked the hours on Google, it said the store opened at 8am so I decided to head on down. WRONG! When I got there a little after 8, the store was not open and the sign said 9am on Saturday.I had to leave so when I went back later, I raised the concern about receiving the email about my order being ready before the store was even open and the associate told me that it was something that happens. Well, it is something that someone needs to address!

Couldn't find a single thing I needed here, and nothing about the store's organization makes sense. Expect to spend a lot of time wandering the warehouse-sized space looking in every aisle for something they don't carry.

Sadly, manager Marissa and her poor customer service ways have not changed. Neither has the low competency level of the staff here. My story is too long to go in details, but this store sent the wrong order 3 times! The fourth try was finally correct but all of the latex balloons were deflated! They refused to give us more new balloons, but after putting up resistance, they finally decided to give us a refund. If you want bad customer service and a wrong order then this is the place for you. To Marissa, please get customer service training and stop being scared of your customers. You are the one who is quite frightening.
