APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They had a vape advertised in their case for 32.99 and when I went to buy it they told me it was 39.99. I had been a customer for quite some time at this point. They lost a customer and got a one star over $7.00. Sad. I guess I'm going back to Smoke Brothers. Good job!!! Still no response from the store. They obviously don't care. At all. [ 08-25-24: Just a friendly review update for my friends @ Planet of the Vapes.] [12-22-24: For the record...It was not placed beside the wrong price. It was on sale. When I went to purchase the item the sale price was not honored. So please get it right if you're going insult me by attempting to rewrite reality. Honestly, I can't believe after all these years I'm even wasting the energy responding to such rubbish. Too little. Too late. Unless there's anything else? One star it is then...Take care.

Love love LOVE THEM! I come here everytime and I have yet to have a bad experience. The workers here are always nice they all greet you as you as you walk in. They are very knowledgeable about the products which I appreciate a lot.There’s been a few times I can only come in last minute right before closing and they still service me with the same positive attitude! I was in a rush for work today but had to make a quick stop for juice and Jamie assisted me which was my first time seeing her at the store and she got me in and out asap which I appreciated. It’s hard to find good customer service out here n I appreciate it when it’s given. Good job guys!

this smoke shop is very awkward. costumer service is at a all time low like the song. i think they should fire the white guy, he is very racist and homophobic and ableist. the owners nice

Stopped in for the first time to get a new chamber for a PUFFCO. Everybody was super friendly, especially Jamie who helped us out a ton :). We will definitely be back in the future

When in totally ignorant of what I was looking for, when approached by a young man named Hus which politely explained everything I needed to know about vapes and edible.Hus was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

Toby helped me find some Xmas presents for my boyfriend and a little something for myself. He explained the products in detail and made sure I had an amazing experience. This is my first time at this location and will definitely be returning! Thank you Toby and the rest of the team!

This is the only vape store I go to now this is my 3rd time where Jesse has helped me out here and he is the best very knowledgeable and has given me some really good suggestions.

Went in totally ignorant of what I needed. Toby was the first to speak up and welcome me to the store. This guy spent a half hour educating me, listening to my needs and concerns, and finally hooking me up with the perfect device. Top tier experience. I'll definitely be back to this location.
Side note: I've been here before for other stuff. Never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work.
Edit:
Just got back from another great visit. This time Jesse helped me out with more vape products and some 420 friendly items. This is definitely my go-to spot now.

Always have a great experience Everytime I go in! Planet of the vapes is my all time favorite shop! Hanna is usually the one working when I go in and she’s so knowledgeable about every product! She answers any and all questions I have and answers them efficiently. I’ve never been dissatisfied with anything she’s recommended or told me about a product I chair to try based off the info she gave me. She’s always super friendly Everytime too! 10/10 would recommend this vape shop!
