When Ebonie is not here, Alisha or Alicia how ever you spell her name is next best person - female worker wise. That girl be multitasking her butt off and when there be chaos in the lobby she be putting power in her voice because everybody goes silent. PLS did a great job, please keep her around.

Working here has been the most horrible experience. Not only do you have to take fault for shortages you didnt do . The system is always messing up. The store manager also is highly unprofessional. Not only she lies to customers she also lies to staff. Always changing rules and doesn't communicate when schedules are changed for no reason. I am so disappointed with this establishment. It's sad being in management for 20 years and having to experience someone who doesn't know how to put her personal feelings aside. I had to deal with customers who lied and would report false narratives about me . Crazy. I was just informed by a employee that I was terminated as well no email no phone call from the store Manager herself. Don't work for this company .

@ AROUND 10 AM. WHEN I TELL YOU THIS IDIOT GAVE ME THE COMPLETE RUN AROUND, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HAS ME ASKING MYSELF “WHO EVEN HIRE PEOPLE LIKE YOU”. I’m just baffled, unsatisfied and very disappointed. DO BETTER!
