I recently visited PNC Bank to open a new account, and I had the pleasure of working with Tom. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Tom made everything seamless, explaining all the details clearly and ensuring I understood my options. Worst PNC branch ever!!! Walked in on a Monday morning around 11am to use the ATM machine which had an out of order sign on it. About 6 people in line. Only 1 teller working, another teller rolling around the lobby with one knee in a chair and the manager Dave talking about sports to one of the customers in line. The least he could have done was help the 1 teller with the transactions. Get to the register after being in line for 15 minutes present my pnc card and was told I needed an ID show them my government work ID and the manager says I can only use it if other people that work there know me? Um why would they know me I just came to use the ATM that was out of order. I had no intentions on hanging around. They then proceed to tell me there is an ATM next door I can use. Went next door to use the atm and people are loitering in the hall by the ATM next door. Felt like I was going to get robbed. Very unprofessional and I will definitely be following up to corporate.

I have been forced to use them for my account since 2019, and my fiduciary adviser Dave Rohrich can barely get back to my emails. It’s so incredibly disappointing and I wish I didn’t have to use them but they won’t let me switch to a different company for my financial needs. Stay AWAY.

They do not have any tellers. Line was out the door and each person in front of me took 10+ minutes. Waited 40 minutes for assistance. Managers walked by and did not help out the single woman at the desk. They need more staff. Don't come here to do your banking. Drive to the suburbs.

I have never been to this branch before but the young man that was my teller today has an awesome attitude. When I think about what I expect coming to the bank he ecompassed all of it. I'm not really a huge fan of PNC but the tellers keep me from leaving.

Love this bank and this teller. I'm never there long and always leave with everything accomplished. Amazingly sweet and helpful tellers. Shout out to Deb and Nadir.
